Trying to eat my meal in piece and the clerks from the gas station side stand there talking it up in very loud and annoyingly. I mean they won't shut up. Can't sit and think of anything while they're being so loud!!

Other Wendys used to be my favorite... this one made the food taste so bad, and food was cold. Once was enough to write off this restaurant.

We ordered 2 sandwiches advertised on a window poster as well as on the menu board for$7. We were told they didn’t have that anymore so we said you should take the sign down so we ordered 2 other sandwiches. After waiting a long time, we asked when we were going to get our food. They gave us our food but the buns were cold and the meat was lukewarm. We will never go back there!

Did a mobile order and when we got there was told they didn't have it. We asked for a refund and the night manager said they could do that. A few days later it posted to my account and we went back. We were then told they don't do refunds on mobile orders, we explained the manager told us they could. They went and called her and then all the sudden believed us. They said the only thing they could do was give us what we had ordered. I won't be back. They need to train their managers. Was the same one that always says it'll be about a 20-30 min wait, when there's Noone else there.

Hope management is reading these. I can't tell because there are repeat offenses. Basically it comes down to really seriously poor customer service. I walk in and there's a guy behind the counter with a radio he looks at me then calls someone on the radio, turns his back and ignores me. Another employee in the back was just standing there looking at me. Then the first guy eventually goes out of the store somewhere and brings back a third employee who finally took my order, incorrectly I might add. I didn't say anything. I felt lucky to get half of what I wanted. I don't normally do business with anyone under four Stars🤩 I just keep making the same mistakes over and over hmmm 🤔 that sounds familiar 🤣
Btw, with three employees standing around BSing you think somebody would grab a broom and a wash rag cuz... dang y'all !

The food had apparently been sitting since lunch. Fries were cold. Hamburgers were cold with a stale bun. Will not go back to this restaurant again. The price was too high as well. Do a better job or shut it down. You can do better.

We went through the drive thru about an hour before they closed and ordered a 6 piece nugget meal and a biggie bag, were told that their grills were full, despite the fact that there was only one other person in the line who had been pulled forward, and we were told it would be 10-15 minutes and they asked us to pull up. 20 minutes later the red headed guy at the window gave us the wrong order (we suspect they gave our order to the car behind us) and another 10 minutes later he came back out with our food as it was on the receipt (although it wasn't what we asked for but we were too tired to touch on that) and we asked for the manager, and the guy got all kinds of defensive. we insisted he go get his manager and after a minute of arguing he went to get her, but by that time we were just done and drove away. additionally the burger was absolutely smashed and the nuggets had all been put in the bag sideways. absolutely will not be returning to this location again
