I find it very funny that the Wendy’s, In Cullman, and the Wendy’s in Good Hope both of them you cannot get a chocolate frosty, but you can get any other flavor. Both are not working in the same day. someone I know that worked at the Good Hope location so they intensely would tell customers it was not working when it was. They were just too lazy to make it.

Check your cameras. 7/9/25. 12:42. Just outside the side door by the pickup window. Person, couldnt tell if it was male or female, plugs one nostril and launches a snot rocket right on the sidewalk in front of me in the drive through. Who does that!?!?! I dont think its fair to get a 1 star review because of the actions of one employee so if you reply that you got this message and youll take care of the employee ill remove this review.

So, I always gotta give Wendy's a decent review because you can't beat their Biggie Bag price which has stood the rest of time. Unfortunately this location the fries weren't the greatest and they only had 2 sauces left for the nuggets....but it made a turd.

Normally I don’t make these kind of reviews, because one person shouldn’t reflect the entire staff. I went through the drive through and the sweetest voice came through the intercom, and began to ask what I wanted before being rudely cut off. The next person to come through had a loud stern voice, saying they were not taking orders through the drive through in a rude manner. I came inside and saw a disgruntled person taking orders and angrily shaking a bag of fries. This review is coming from someone who not only works as a customer service associate for a home improvement store, but has also been in a situation where she had to be the only one running the front with angry customers. In this situation, there were no angry customers, even though some people were not getting the help they needed. I’m not sure why this associate was upset, but it made this store look pretty bad in my opinion. The cherry on top, is as I’m driving away it appears as though someone is being helped in the drive-through. If I were corporate coming through the drive-through this day, It probably would’ve been a bad day. And the only reason I gave it two stars is because I could tell the other associates/workers were trying their best. I guess it truly matters who the face of your company is.
If I could give this place a 0 star I would. This place had no customer service. We did not get what we ordered. This location would be better off closed. DO BETTER!

We just left this Wendy’s about five minutes ago. And The guy at the window most definitely needed an attitude adjustment. Rude was not the word for it and on top of that we didn’t get what we actually ordered.
