Had a craving...came thru drive window. My order was perfect. A nice thing about the service was being recognized by Crystal. I was caught by surprise as I was placing my order at the drive order sign. I believe that when a customer is remembered by a previous order sight unseen this employee deserves recognition. It's rare these days! I've owned a business; this employee seems to enjoy her work and by my observation takes care about the customer. When the service is this noticable it certainly makes the whole process worth it. When I got to the window I was met with a smile, politeness, and knowledge of the menu questions I asked. Oh, did I mention my onion rings were perfect. Cook did a nice job. Keep it up midnight crew. I'm sure I'll be back!
All 3 orders are wrong, can you please stop putting drug addicts on Night Shift leave them to the morning shift PLEASE. 3 TIMES IN A ROW WRONG ORDER, ITS ONLY AFTER 11 pm AT NIGHT. STOP SMOKING CRACK AND GET THE FOOD ON TRACK

This was only my second time eating Whataburger and after tonight I will definitely be a regular customer. I was greeted by the manger crystal and worker Damienne as soon as I entered the building. Despite being quite a few people dinning in the restaurant the lobby was nicely kept and honestly was expecting to have to wait a long time on my food and was shocked when it arrived at my table so quickly. My bacon cheese whattaburger was great and so was the onion rings but I think my favorite part of the meal had to have been the Dr Pepper shake. I wasn’t going to get one at first but when Damienne told me about there being a deal were I could get it for .99 I couldn’t pass that up and I am glad I didn’t. I also appreciate that crystal took her time to come through and check on us while we were eating. I will most definitely be coming back
Ordered a double junior with no cheese and grilled onions, got a single with raw onions, advised the staff and they promptly made a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement, while it did have two burger patties, also had raw and grilled onions and double American cheese. I really hate American cheese product slices. I would have sent it back but by this time I was already late for my next appointment and the people I was with had almost finished their meal so I scraped off the cheese as best as I could and threw out the cheese coated bun.
Last time I went to this location I asked for a Jalapeño Cheddar sausage biscuit sandwich with no American cheese and was told the biscuits had cheese in it already. I said I understand it has cheddar baked in and I want that, just don’t put a slice of American on it. I got a plain biscuit…not sure why it is so difficult to get it right.
9/27/24 update: Ordered 2 kids meals and they forget the cookies. When brought to staff attention they promptly fixed. Food w came out hot, fries were great. If they could get the prefers fought the first time this would be a great place.
