Our second time trying to try this place.. The first time we walked in before the closing hours posted, and the rude girl told us she had already shut off the machines and put everything away. This time we arrived hours before they close and there was no fruit or boba toppings out. When we asked the same rude girl said they put up the fruit at 7pm... 2.5 hours before they close!!! Then the price for my son to get a bowl of yogurt, 11 dollars!! The girl at the register was rude and on her phone the whole time... No fruit toppings soo my other son and I did not partake in the yogurt. And we never will unless something changes.. The owners really should secret shop their store. *** update owner contacted me and said she will take care of the problem** she was friendly and invited us back. So we will go and see somepoint in the future.

I REALLY want this place to do well as it is “veteran-owned”. However, my 1st experience may very well be my last. Lights off, dirty, stale toppings/bad yogurt and rude young girl at the counter. Proof that teenagers need adult guidance in running a business.?

The girl that was working at the counter was incredibly rude and kept looking at me like she was disgusted by me, she took like 15 minutes to make some bubble tea for me and my friend and when she brought them out she didn’t even say anything. When I tried the tea it was really bad so I doubt that I will come here again.

Love this place! Went there yesterday! It’s so cute, very family oriented and the girl and boy behind the counter were so nice and funny. The service was great, the yogurt, and the strawberry bubble tea was AMAZING! Definitely going back soon.

I have never made a review before, but after the experience we had I had to. Saturday we went to this place… waking in I’m not sure why, but it was HOT. Which it’s summer I get that, but the temperature was definitely up. The lobby was an absolute mess. The chairs were everywhere and customers were just standing around waiting for the cashier. So we proceeded to grab a cup and get yogurt. It was so hot in there that our yogurt was already melting as it touched the cup and on top of that there was NO fresh toppings ALL of them were empty. The bar was absolutely disgusting with spilled liquid and crumbs and syrup EVERYWHERE. AND HERE IS THE BEST PART.. as we were checking out there were teens in front of us who “didn’t have money” and the young teen working said “hey it’s ok just take it I gave so and so free food earlier”. At that point it’s like why can’t ours be free?????? If I say I don’t have money and you don’t know me.. are you gonna charge me??? And if so why? What’s the difference? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I used to love this place and after that experience I don’t want to go back.

Only giving 1 star because the young boy working over charged us and didn't give us the correct change back or a receipt. We are from out of state and didn't realize it till we got talking about the price and we don't have time to go back nor do we want to. Just be aware of the price you get charged, your change if paying cash, and ask for a receipt.The yogurt is good though.
Absolutely ridiculous. Way over priced. Not only that they didn’t have any sample cups nor did they have any to go tops. Will never be back. Not to mention the girl at the desk was just on her phone the whole time.

Lovely little yogurt and bubble tea shop!The staff is nice, made some suggestions for us to try with my bubble tea. It was delicious! And my kids loved the decorations in the shop. What I really loved about this store is the outdoor play area for kids!

Really nice little frozen yogurt shop with friendly service. There are eight yogurt flavors and dozens of topping options. Seems very family friendly with cute seating and kid music plaing. It is veteran owned.

The appearance was not good. There were flies landing on the various fruit and candy toppings which is absolutely gross and not good for anyone. No employee was present while we walked around looking at everything, but we did hear someone in back somewhere shuffling things-maybe restocking things which is very understandable since she was only person running the place. No signs posted anywhere with Cost of their Frozen Yogurt and I found it strange that there was a sign of some things for sale that are not even related to a restaurant/fast food/self-serve ice cream establishment. Anyway, when the employee did come out we asked her how much does it cost. She politely replied that everything cost $0.75 Cents per Ounce. That could easily turn into several dollars because they have several different flavors of homemade yogurt churning in the wall area & a variety of toppings plus choice of having it in a large sugar cone or a bowl.We decided to not get anything because of too many temptations that would end up costing more money than you would want to spend on a frozen sundae. This place would be perfect for someone who just wants a single flavor and no toppings. I'd want multiple flavors + multiple toppings & hot fudge. Lol ?
