I just want to say that everyone at this establishment was so helpful and so friendly. When you go get fast food most of the time the workers act as if you are a burden to them but not here you are treated with the upmost courtesy and respect.

Love the food here. Spicy signature sandwich is the absolute best chicken sandwich in town. And the Zensation salad *chefs-kiss*Also the employees are awesome here, Cashiers, cooks, managers, even the prep lady!Parking: 20+ spots and adjacent to Walmart parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Nice booths, high chairs, and a kids menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of parking for people with mobility issues, many wheelchair friendly tables. Bathrooms are accessible as well. AND the employees will hold doors, fix drinks and carry food.

On duty manager, Sunday 28 January at 1230, wildly unhelpful. Will not return to this store again. Food great, manager not.Also, clearly prioritizing drive-through orders over dine in. Cars that were 7th or 8th in line for drive-through ordering as I entered the building and ordered without wait got food before we did.Worst service at a Zaxby's ever

Told us it would take 10-15 minutes to make traditional wings and so we just ordered boneless, waited for for 25 minutes, asked for our food and they said that they already sent it out but they did to the wrong person, I recommend if your in the area go to mcdonald or Wendy’s.

Food is good, but sometimes fries are not cooked all the way. But going through the drive thru, they will ask you to pull up into the back parking spot and you will wait for 10 to 20 mins on your food. I stop pulling up and I would get my food in less that 5 mins???
