Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Nasty, dry chicken that looks like it was cooked 2 hours ago. Chicken club sandwich that was no lettuce, tomato on it. Has nasty melted cheese stuck to the bun. Fries are cold and way over salted. The cheese bites were good but no marinara sauce anymore is dumb. Wish I could include the picture I took of the nasty dry not a club sandwich

Ridiculous!!! The amount of money i pay for this crap and they screwed me out of the amount of food in my order barely any fries and missing chicken fingers , place is trash with trash people working who dont care

We love zaxbys chicken, went through today to get the zaxbys zax box 20 chicken fingers , toast and fries, wasnt 20 fingers and hardly 2 large orders of fries and they put all 4 sauces tge same thing zaxby sauce instead of 4 different sauces , wgen i ask if i could get extra sauce was told they put 4 extras in there but wasnt and wanted to charge me more money to add more which is fine but only 4 zaxby sauces instead of the different sauces , when someone pays what. it cost to get this food now a days it should be right!

Chicken was dry & not crunchy. Fries were soggy, bread had very little butter on it. Aside from that it was a great. Ladies were so sweet and friendly, service was quick (probably a little too quick but that's ok). Would recommend

Chicken fingers were raw in the middle. The FF were cold and way to much of that salt seasoning slaw tasted a little sour

Absolutely the best grilled chicken salad. Chicken fingers snacks are great. The sliders are highly recommended.

So it’s 9:15pm on Saturday and we placed our order at around 8:30pm it was a fairly big order but nothing complicated just chicken fingers mainly. We get our order it comes out to be $60 for all of it and when I say this food is old as dirt you can taste the heat lamp. My dog wouldn’t even eat this what’s bad is I even had them tossed and could tell they have been sitting under the heat lamp for atleast a couple of hours. Tough and chewy just like a dog toy. So my suggestion is if you decide to order do it earlier during the day because at night you’re gonna get a box of chew toys. I mean a real hit or miss. Seriously it’s chicken it should be timed and rotated out for fresh food.

I WISH I could give a stellar comment but...the fries are ALWAYS cold and dried out, the chicken fingers are getting smaller..yes I know you can't help that but throw an extra one in the meals at least. Nothing on Zaxby's menu is cheap so it would be nice to at least have fresh fries.

Vegetarian options: Not the place for you. They have oil that cooks every thing nearly so not a true vegetarian place.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten, fat free and low sodium is not found here except maybe salad.

Parking: Parking is fine until the drive through wraps all the way into wal marts parking lot then people get very irate.

Kid-friendliness: It's fried chicken and fries...yes kid friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they have plenty of handicap spots but if they have a line, which they usually do, then you can't even get into the handicap spots.

Carver took my order and he couldn't comprehend nor an easy order. The other employees were playing laughing vs working. They were loud.

Food is real hit or miss. Had a guy named Carver taking orders who didnt seem to understand what he was doing. The biggest issue I had was with the religious music that they were playing. I dont like that to be pushed on me when I go places and I find it offensive. Not everyone is into God and Jesus. Need to play some netural station that is non offensive to any religious group, including non-Christians.
