I just bought food at the one in Cullman by Walmart and I did not get both my salads although I was charged for both of them guess I'm not eating a salad tonight

I ordered a kids chicken finger meal but only got the french fries. How do you mess that up? The rest of my order was correct. It never fails that something gets messed up, The staff was very polite through the ordering process in drive thru but whoever packed the order needs to slow down and check the order before sending it out.

Cobb salad with warm lettuce and NO hard boiled eggs. I called the location and was told their kitchen staff is overworked. I'll go somewhere else for my Cobb salad from now on.

I get the same cobb salad any zaxbys I go to. Some how I received warm lettuce, like it wasnt stored in a cooler. I have never once gotten warm lettuce from any zaxbys before now, even with the chicken in it. Their ranch was literally water, thats a first for me too.
Find a different location to go to. This one is not it.
