The server was great. I personally would drive 10 more minutes and find a better place. Food is mediocre at best. The price was ok in restaurant but the store side is outrageous.

Not at all country cooking! My fiance and I both got the country fried steak w/ 2 sides. The country fried steak came out with NO white gravy, just the steak. I asked about white gravy, the nice lady behind the counter said they only have brown gravy. Country fried steak ain't country fried steak without the gravy!

For side we botb had the fried okra, I also had mash potatoes and my fiance had onion rings. The potatoes were clearly powdered potatoes with brown gravy half of my fiance's onion rings were overcooked. The fried okra was that same as you would get out of a bag in the frozen section of Walmart.

Only real good thing I can say is the staff are nice and the price if fair. The food was not great. This is what you get with foriegners trying to pass off a resturant that serves "country cooking"

Really good, fresh food. I would not recommend the fish sandwich, the fish was a little tough. I would HIGHLY recommend the country fried steak, super crispy, but still tender with great flavor. The mac and cheese was also great.

Parking: Parking is lightly far from the entrance, and is lightly sloped uphill from the parking to the door, which may be challenging for some but it is not a steep incline, very gradual and even.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly food options and environment. Very wide and open, with comfortable seating options including comfy booths, regular chairs, and even picnic style tables inside.

Decent truck stop. Lots of parking. Only 4stars because there's no prices on any items in the store. Several items i bought were double price.

Food took way too long to make a burger and fries over 30 min. they couldn't make a simple side salad right. The only good thing was the server she was vary friendly.

New Management just took over. Started all you can eat buffet on May 1st. It’s your basic country food. Not bad . Service was good and they were pleasant. Price is low.

No one was there to direct me. I finally started getting a to go plate ready since the buffet was in the middle of the restaurant. That is finally when someone appeared from the kitchen to let me know I wasn't supposed to be serving myself. The food was not great at all. Not impressed. I can cook better than that and I am city girl that does not cook country cooking. If I could give them a zero I would.

Pigeon wings and fries. Horrible tasting. Yuck. A deliberate act of unkindness. The cook at this establishment who prepared this food, lacks basic human values. How could you serve this nonsense? It went into the trash. FYI the pics make the wings look jumbo. Truckers, If you do not value your hard earned money and you are truly desperate, then by all means eat here.

Buffet food was horrible. Everything was watered down and tasteless. I would have done better just getting a frozen burrito and microwaving it. I've been driving for 22 years and appreciate the old style truck stops, but places like this is why they are going extinct.

I ordered the buffet to go. It was around 7.99$ a lb... I got two rib bones, 1 drum stick, greens , macaroni n cheese, and strawberries. Everything would have been great except I am a foodie who praises good macaroni and cheese.. Well the batch i had looked good and it came out looking fresh but it was sour tasting. I ate a few bites and decided to throw it away so I wouldn't get food poisoning. That's unfortunate cause it had potential to be a good Mac...

The food here was OK.. BLT was very small. 1 1/2 pieces of bacon on very small pieces of toast. Buffalo chicken wings were tasty but tiny, no blue cheese dressing . Fry’s we’re under cooked and covered in season salt. The Server here is doing her best and is very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately this restaurant is located in the same building as a disgustingly maintained truck stop that should be shut down by the Board of Health. No hot water, Dirty and Raw Sewage running across parking areas.

Denied a shower at 850 pm because they stop them at 9pm. Also, restuarant telling everyone there's no food at 852 pm just the buffet that 7.99 a pound with only meat being bone in chicken or big boned bone in ribs, says open until 10pm. Was over 17 dollars for a small meal, avoid this place, it's very Mickey Mouse and unprofessional. Clerk was staring at her phone whole time asking about a shower. Been there 3 weeks she said.

I reviewed this place about 8 months ago.. the food was bland.. all the reviews were removed.. all the photos were removed.. it's been renamed The Wing Shack.. yet they still have all the Blanche's Kitchen signs on the building.. so you have to Google The Wing Shack to see the actual reviews of this restaurant whatever they call it.. the menu says The Wing Shack.. you figure it out..
