Worst First Impression Ever – Rude Staff, Zero Hospitality
I walked into this restaurant expecting a normal dining experience, but instead I got yelled at the moment I stepped inside. Before I could even say a word, a woman at the front basically screamed that they “aren’t serving breakfast anymore” and started going off about lunch.
Like… what’s the purpose of yelling at a customer who literally JUST entered? Who trained this person? Where is the basic sense of hospitality?
Her tone was so unnecessarily loud and aggressive that it felt like I walked into a hostile workplace, not a restaurant. Instead of calmly explaining anything, she acted like customers are a burden and she’s doing everyone a favor by even speaking.
Honestly, it was one of the nastiest, most unpleasant interactions I’ve ever had in a place that claims to serve food. If this is how they treat people before they even sit down, I can’t imagine what the rest of the experience is like.
Unprofessional. Rude. Disgusting attitude. 0 stars if I could. Never coming back.

TERRIBLE! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! Im not hard to please, but this place would be better off just closing. Had dinner buffet for $18.99 that was only worth $7.99 on its best day. The spaghetti and the fried chicken were the only thing in the buffet worth a damn. The following morning I thought I'd have breakfast, they can't screw that up. Oh yes they can! Was horrid! The eggs were not cooked correctly, not even close. Sunny side up is no where near over medium. Snotty eggs are not what I want. And i dont mean a little snot either. This is no joke, bacon was rancid and old. I'm was a restaurant guy for 27 years, I know the difference. The bacon left a terrible taste in my mouth after just one bite. Do not waste your money here! You have been warned!! I am not trying to be hateful, this was one of the worst places I've been to in 20 years. Ill let you know in 12 hours how I feel. I wont be surprised.

My Opinion
If I could leave 0 stars I would this is absolutely terrible $23 for this… I ordered hamburger steak and mashed potatoes and gravy and she ordered country fried steak and mashed potato and gravy… I got 2 pre frozen paper thin pre made patties. Cold instant mashed potatoes and the gravy had NO FLAVOR…The server which was the owner never greeted us only once asked if we needed anything. No music no one in here except us…. This is absolutely disgusting I would rather drive to Atlanta and fight traffic a hundred miles away just to eat at a Burger King than to ever eat here again… this place needs to be closed down with caution tape surrounding it. that’s my HONEST OPINION!

Buffet!!! There's not much to choose from, but the food is fresh and and the chicken is amazing. Service is friendly. This will be one of stops in the future.

A little over a year ago when I stopped here this place was great. Now it is absolute crap and I have to be honest, this is the nastiest food I've had in at least 4 years. New ownership means changes and in this case nothing good has come of it. Like every place that the One9 corporation touches, it has gone to crap. North 40 truck stop and restaurant is now a One9 and it no longer has an awesome restaurant. This place has turned into a One9, amazingly the restaurant is still here but it is total crap! If I wasn't under an oversized load and prohibited from driving at night, I would have last of that nasty food on the table, gotten back in my truck, and drove another half hour or whatever to somewhere else where even the gas station hot dogs and hamburgers are better than anything I can see or smell in this crap hole.
Excellent fish sandwich and fries. Salad nice also. Definitely would eat here again

Server didn't get refills for anyone there were 2 of us in the resturaunt. Fries tasted like they were fried put in the fridge and then fried again barely in some super old oil. Loaded fries looked like they just took 1 pinch of cheese and put it on there.
