“I went to Sam’s the 2nd time. Both trips the food was excellent. Portions are large and plenty for me a 220# man. The service is outstanding you order at the counter but get exceptional table service. I have tried fried Catfish and grilled shrimp and fish. All very good! i have recommended it to several people already.”

My family just lost someone very near and dear to our hearts and we needed to make sure everyone was fed and no one had to worry about spending hours in the kitchen. I called and placed a fairly large order with only a day notice. I was sure this would be impossible. However, these people were so kind and accommodating and made it happen without hesitation. The wines are high quality and there is always an excellent selection, the cheese and meats are the best in the entire Auburn area, and the $20 wine tastings are a great way to try new and (for me) inaccessible wines. And they had gluten free crackers, which was a delightful surprise as I have Celiac disease!”

“I really wasn't a big snowball fan but then I got to try one from Pelican's in Opelika. It was awesome. The available flavors are incredible, but I have fallen in love with the banana with a little soft serve ice cream in it. Also, always do the whip cream topping. Every time I get one that is it. The people are awesome, pretty much High Schoolers and College students but they always have some much energy. I will keep coming back even if I didn't know any of the people there.”
