The Food at Merl's Always Hit!! Always hot and Fresh. The catfish dinner is My Favorite. The slaw is bussin and the fish Always piping hot!! Absolutely love the Coleslaw. Merl is Always nice and friendly.
Best catfish I've had in a while. Coleslaw taste homemade with a hint of lemon zest. A bit lengthy wait because I ordered for the family, but well-worth the wait. Kudos to whomever in that kitchen. Awesome job.

I'm from out of town, but I like going to hometown places to eat when I'm on the road. I had not heard of this place, but I went by the reviews that were posted. This place was great.It is not what you would call a fancy place, but if what you want is good food, then it is the spot. I had the lemon pepper chicken wings and my mother ate the hamburger steak. Both of us enjoyed our meals thoroughly. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely be coming back.
