“We camp at West Point a LOT and it's always bothered us that there's not more restaurants! So glad to see someone FINALLY doing good food and a great atmosphere in this space! The atmosphere was great (they had a local singer playing), our waitress Kim was excellent, great drink menu and I know that the food menu is limited right now but everything we had was really good! Don't expect fine dining, just good ol lake food and a cool play to hangout!“
“This is so far the best food I’ve ever had in Decatur. Their burgers are the best and I also had their breakfast plate which was delicious. I just went in with no wait and got my order easily. Their chicken and waffles by far beats everyone in competition in my opinion.“

“IYou'll not find better food than at The Front Porch. The people there are very friendly. You'll always see people you know there and can carry on a visit until the food comes, then all is quiet. Homemade dessert to die for. Treat yourself and give them a try. Parking is a challenge sometimes, but look around and you'll find a place to park.“
“This is a hidden gem! I had the patty melt with grilled onions and provolone cheese. Smh, cause it just melted in my mouth, just perfect, right down to the crunchy, buttery toast. I had one bite of the Buffalo nachos, as my friend was unwilling to share more than that, and once I tasted it, instantly wished I'd ordered those too! Even their fries were pretty bomb!If you haven’t already, give them a shot!My order was a 30 piece wings and family sized fries. I got 12 wings tossed in honey hot and the rest in extra hot. Sauces were great, just wish the extra hot was a little spicier.“

“This is my favorite wing place in Alabama and the prices are super reasonableA 10 wing combo with a large portion of fries and a drink is just $12 currently including tax. Their wings are delicious, my favorite flavor is honey barbecue (they take real honey and mix it with BBQ sauce). Their fries with season salt are the bomb. Even their cheese steak and cheeseburger are pretty solid too! This is my favorite place to eat at in Valley. Also the staff is always super nice!“

“I'm from out of town, but I like going to hometown places to eat when I'm on the road. I had not heard of this place, but I went by the reviews that were posted. This place was great.It is not what you would call a fancy place, but if what you want is good food, then it is the spot. I had the lemon pepper chicken wings and my mother ate the hamburger steak. Both of us enjoyed our meals thoroughly. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely be coming back.“
