“I absolutely loved this place. This place was recommended to us and when I pulled up I didn't really know what to expect. The staff was super-friendly and helpful (she recommended my pork chop meal). All of the food was very good. The home fries weren't crisp but the flavor was very good. The strawberry lemonade was fantastic. I tried: Lisa's Loaded Fries, Fried Pork Chop, Onion Rings, Boom Boom Nuggets, Patty Melt, Home Fries, and Strawberry Lemonade. Definitely will have to go back because they have a very large menu to try from. Highly recommend giving this place a try!”

“Friendly service and always always consistent drinks, and new products. Morgan and her team work hard for the customer and have excellent teas !”

“So my husband has lung cancer today he got a good report. He is about half way through his radiation and we have had nothing but bad news. TODAY the cancer center called. The doctor looked at his scan and said the tumor is shrinking so well that they are going to decrease the area of radiation!!! I decided to surprise him with a small ice cream cake from Dairy Queen in Valley, AL. I told the nice man that waited on me to write “Celebrate Life” on his cake and told him why. Long story short the gentleman GAVE us the cake and told us to enjoy and Congratulations!!! I asked his name and he never told me. His kindness added much joy to our little celebration! Thank you!!! We will tell everyone we know to come to the Valley AL DAIRY QUEEN!!! Fans for Life!!!! Robert and SandySmice”

“Pizza was Super good ?6-01-23,best I've had in months. There have been times,a lot that cardboard with sauce would be a match for the pizza BUT this time it was the best ever.?”

“Never had any bad food there…until yesterday. The hamburger steak was too tough and “sinewy” to eat! The gravy and onions had a good flavor, but the meat was poor quality. I wish I’d chosen another entree’…😕”

“This is The Place ... if your wanting The Best Fried Chicken.Baked Beans and Cole Slaw ..”

“So.. being pregnant with baby #2 has got me loving this place.. ♡♡ my husband, my 2 yo and my unborn loves papa Johns!!”

“I’m not sure if I go to Chick-fil-A in Valley too often, or if the staff is just THAT good… probably the latter, but they know me by name. 😂 Bryan is always kind and welcoming.

The food is always excellent, the customer service is consistently great, and everyone is polite and friendly. The drive-thru can be a little slower some mornings, but when they’re busy, I totally get it. They’re serving a ton of people!

I also love that this location has a playground, which is a huge win when you have kids. But honestly, the biggest thing is the consistency. Good food, good service, clean restaurant, friendly staff — every time.

Love this Chick-fil-A! ❤🐔”

“We called and had a pickup for our HOMECOMING at church ⛪. They had everything HOT 🔥 and ready to go as soon as I arrived. The chicken was delicious and FRESHLY cooked. Great job! Fast and friendly service.”
