My Daughter gave me a bottle of Elizabeth Vodka recently. I had never heard of the brand and did a little research. They have a winner in the Vodka, no afterburn, slightly sweet. Makes a delicious vodka martini, stirred not shaken...
It would be a shame to use this in cocktails that use heavy mixers.

My son and I had a great time with the distillery tour. Never had the single malt before but we had to take home a bottle. The lady bartender was freaking awesome with making us our old fashions.
Great staff and equally great drinks, whether you want mixed or neat.
