My absolute favorite restaurant EVER! I’ve tried everything on their menu and I love it all. And the best staff ❤️ It’s the total package!
Great tacos and crunchwraps. The smoked wings are so good. Great atmosphere,great food and great service. Will definitely be back!

Banditos is one of the most satisfying spots around in downtown Opelika. This small restaurant packs a punch with rich, flavorful, and mouthwatering textures. The food is fantastic, and the people may somehow be even better. The chicken crunch wrap and chicken tacos are favorites, along with nachos, tacos with the griddle-fried cheese shell, corn tortilla tacos, chips and guac, and rotating cocktails. Everything tastes so fresh, and the margs are some of the tastiest around. The line might be out the door, but it is worth the wait every time, and there is always good music on while in queue. The atmosphere is exceptional, homey, and detailed. Owners and workers are grindin with a smile, and the owners were actively helping their front of house team through the rush. It is a local favorite for sure, and you are sure to make new friends while there. Come hungry and early because you will want everything on the menu, and they sell out quickly. Make the short drive to Opelika.
