Anja was very rude. she did not greet me and my friend when we walked in. I asked for heavy whip in my drink (strawberries & cream) and she said “i just asked you if you wanted the shake or tea” i told her i wanted the tea with heavy whip and she said “i already put whip cream in it. this is how it is made” (last time heavy whip was put in it without me asking) after going back and forth (nicely on my end) she did not offer to add or fix anything about my drink. i still had to pay for it even though it wasn’t right. after i paid for my drink she did not ask my friend what she wanted. every other experience here has been great.
