First best thing is the young man named Tommy working the register. He’s funny and raves about the food before you even order anything.
Next, the food! My salad? Actual real fresh lettuce hand washed and cut up and not dumped out of a bag. I’ve not had that in weeks of traveling and attests to the owner’s high standards. The brisket burger whooped up my husband’s taste buds! Not spicy, just flavorful! The Jalapeno Corn that goes on several sandwiches and on the brisket salad is delicious! We got a container to have with chips tonight!
You cannot go wrong getting food from here! Enjoy!

I have eaten at The Chow Hall several times now as I traveled back and forth from GA getting ready for lake season and the food has been prenominal. There is not one thing we have not gotten that we have not liked. My daughter loves the Chicken Tenders and my wife loves their salads. We tried their ribs a couple of Sunday's ago and they were mouth watering. I highly recommend The Chow Hall - hands down the best. The young lady that works in there has a positive attitude and is so sweet.Chicken Tenders - Very moist and great tasteBurgers - Simple but best burger I have had in a very long timeWings - Unbelievable, very very good. Love the smoked flavor and they are not dry either.

Got a 30 piece tender, 2 orders of mac and cheese, 1 order of collard greens, and 2 orders of the philly eggrolls.Not even sure how to begin listing the issues. Philly eggrolls were nice and crispy outside, but had a too spicy sauce drizzled on and the inside was bland mush. Tried a tender next. Bland. There was visible rosemary on the tender, but no salt. The mac. Seriously. Dry, NO SALT, and had green peas in it for some reason. My kids wouldn't even eat it even after they picked the peas out. I only had one bite before pushing it away, but my husband said it was also spicy. The collards were almost the saving grace of the meal. They were super yummy, but too spicy to have more than a bite or two of. Thank goodness for the probably store-bought teriyaki sauce and honey mustard. They were the only thing that was edible.In short: bland, unsalted, too spicy, $80 worth of food that was scooped right into the trash. Horrible.EDIT: Husband said I was not fully inaccurate. There were actually 3 mac and cheese orders, not two, and only one order of the philly eggrolls instead of two. Also he told me that the mac had oil pooling at the bottom of the containers. So dry AND greasy.

And my husband’s fav is the mac and cheese with pork on top…. So good! I always steal some of his food! We have loved having these folks in the neighborhood. This man was blessed with a gift!!! They catered my wedding we had phillys, blackened chicken clubs, smoked Mac and cheese,and fries. The food was phenomenal! I highly recommend The Chow Hall. You’re truly missing out if you haven’t ate here!
