This is THE one to go to for a wedding cake!!!! Pam gave me EXACTLY what I asked for based on a picture I showed her for my wedding cake! The grooms cake was even more impressive because I had nothing to show her I just told her what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I asked for without me really even asking for it! Can’t tell it by the picture but the grooms cake is a little white cake with paw prints and a bite taken out of the side by the puppy on the side (she made him based off pictures of my dog!) Pam does amazing work and I’m so happy I chose her! She was so awesome to work with and made my wedding day as smooth as possible with her delivery and setup!

She's very humble, easy going and a good listener. Her prices are very good considering the area and the gourmet taste. I've grown up in Mobile AL and have lived in Baldwin County for at least 9 years. I've tasted the "best" in Mobile and Baldwin County. Bakers By The Bay tops them all. This is no exaggerated experience. I've used her 3 times this Spring 2021. Her story is really cool as well. Pam made communicating and planning so easy on us. The cake she made for us was absolutely perfect and tasted amazing as well! On top of everything she delivered the cake, set it all up, added the flowers we brought with us. It was picture perfect! Thank you for helping make our wedding day so perfect!!
