“This was my first time eating at Food Sake’s, and I was pleasantly surprised! Coming from Texas, I really appreciate independent, locally owned restaurants, and this place definitely has that feel.

One thing I really liked was that there isn’t a giant touchscreen to place your order. Instead, you get the personal touch of interacting with a real person, which is becoming harder to find these days.

The menu is simple without being limited, offering a good variety of choices. The prices are very reasonable, and the food was great.

One unique feature is the dining room cleanup. You won’t find trash cans because the staff is constantly walking through the dining area, clearing trays, food waste, and trash from the tables. It’s a small detail, but it keeps the dining room clean and makes the whole experience feel more welcoming.

Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and I’ll definitely stop by again the next time I’m in the area.”

We have enjoyed the pork fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, steamed dumplings, and crab rangoons the most. It's still very affordable and the food is usually ready within 15 minutes.”

To me they were good because of the different food they offered.. They have eliminated several side items and only offered broccoli and rice which I can get anywhere! Noticed they weren't packed either for a Sunday. Hope whoever made the decision to drop these items and others will put them back before its too late.”

“This is my favorite place to stop by and grab a loaded tea. The staff are always so nice and always willing to go over what is in each of the teas. They will help you figure out what flavor you would like and aren’t trying to rush you. After trying a couple different flavors, I found that I love the Coastal Junkie the best, it is literally the bomb. I also love the fact that I can text them my order and it can be ready as soon as I get there! I highly recommend them! Also check out the goodies that they have that you can shop for while waiting for your tea!”

Everything about the Bread Pudding was blissful, even though the 4 of us were already stuffed when we started devouring it. But what really succeeded was the atmosphere and service. We again were gifted with a card to Mosley’s. Wow! 180 degree charge, great experience all around from the counter to to the butcher to checkout. The 1 1/2” thick Ribeye and Fillet grill up fantastic. We were informed that the store in Mobile is not affiliated with the one in Daphne.”

However, this location's general manager apologized for not serving lunch during breakfast hours, which wasn't required, and also fired up the lunch prep a little early to get my burger made. When it arrived it looked like one from the ads.

All of that seemed higher than 3 1/2 stars.

Made a routine highway stop a little easier for a stranger. That's enough for a Saturday morning.
