Worst manager ever after not being able to eat for seven days due to colonoscopy and endoscopy and just being out of sedation and trying to get her to explain how the crawfish was cooked in a way I can’t eat it then says she will compensate it and then tells me I can buy another plate in the same phone call after they send my husband up there telling them they’ll fix it! Used to go here all the time, but I won’t be back after this!!!!
The staff treat you like family here. The food is always cooked to perfection.
I’ve always been a big supporter of Kravers it’s been one of our favorite local spots for years. But after the last two visits, I’m genuinely disappointed.
On our previous visit, we overheard the owner complaining to the wait staff about customers ordering po’boys and just eating the shrimp.
