“My husband and I happened upon Tulum and decided to give it a try today and WOW! We were blown away by the unique and perfectly prepared dishes, genuine warmth and friendliness of the staff and the exceptional atmosphere. Truly a step up - or three- from your traditional Mexican restaurant. It’s been a long time since I felt like I had a high end dining experience, but our server, Marco, delivered on that and then some. To top it off, one of the owners brought us a complimentary dessert since we were first time customers. First class food and service - we will definitely be back.”

“Carol and I had the best time celebrating our anniversary at Felix's Fish Camp! 🥂 Even though it was too overcast for a sunset, the atmosphere inside was perfect. The staff is incredible—they greeted us with a personal anniversary placard and "Happy Anniversary" wishes from everyone we passed. A huge shout-out to our waiter, David, who was spot-on all night. We were really impressed by the service—they bring the food out with a full team so everyone at the table is served at the exact same time. It’s those little professional touches that make this place stand out. The highlight was the live music by Bobby Butchka. They are a fantastic husband and wife duo and even played a Rod Stewart request for Carol so we could get some dancing in! 💃🕺 Great food, reasonable prices, and top-tier service. “I’ve been here plenty of times and have enjoyed it every time. However, this time was different. Our server, Sonia (I think that’s the spelling) was the difference. Although she suddenly had her whole section sat at once, and if you’ve ever been a server before you know how stressful that can be, she still kept up a lively dialogue with not only us but all of her tables! Honestly, I hope she is always my server. She was awesome!”

“Me and my family tried it yesterday and were left very disappointed. We should have left when we saw no one there but we decided to give it a go. To start off the cashier was not friendly when we were asking about items. Next after ordering several items she didn't explain the process of getting the beverages and just stuck them out the other window. Soon after that, she came and said she was out of chips for the brisket nachos that were ordered, so she put them on fries. We then received our food, which was subpar, so much that my wife and son wouldn't even eat it. My son went to ask about the apple sauce he ordered and was rudely told they were out of it.Suffice to say, we will not be returning and do not recommend this to anyone.”

“LOVE my local PJ's! They have the best customer service that I've ever experienced at a quick service/coffee franchise. I've only experienced two very minuscule issues with past orders being inaccurate and both times the management has gone above and beyond to promptly make things right for me. I don't get my coffee anywhere else. I also love their app, it makes ordering easy & keeps up with my rewards without my having to punch my number in at the store every time.”

“As a youth ministry leader I always feel a tinge of guilt when we pull up to a restaurant and unload a busload of teenagers. On our way to a youth conference at the beach, we stopped here for lunch with our group. Not only that, but we walked in and saw 4 other groups headed to the same conference. In the midst of that, these employees seemed undeterred, taking our orders and serving food extremely quickly, and all with a smile! They even came by to offer refills. In and out in 45 minutes during the lunch hour with a group of 40!”

“Truly came in not expecting anything good nor bad… then the first bite🤤 fiancée and I were baffled at how delicious our food was. I mean I was a bit surprised especially since we don’t see so many people, but I wanted to make sure that new review is made and that people are aware… because the service was great especially since I left my phone and the server saw it and brought it to me… coming from Miami my phone would have been long gone 😅… attentive to our needs and the food was so good we didn’t need a to go bag lol! Frankly, we’ll be going back more often 😊

“Honestly, this place is so underrated. Quite possibly one of the better upscale lounges in Baldwin. Yes, I’ve seen the past negative reviews, but I suspect they were going through some internal changes, so I get it. But this place truly hit home for me. The food was significantly better than the old menu, and the drinks were simply amazing.”

“I have gone to this restaurant for probably 15 years. The food is always good, however, the wait times for said food have gotten to be so extensive. It doesn't matter whether you're ordering sushi or something off the menu, we did both this past weekend. We did not order both sushi and meals at the same time because we didn't want the meal to come out immediately behind the sushi..... Boy, was that a mistake! We got the sushi, placed our entree orders, ate our sushi, and waited a good 40 minutes for the entrees to come out... Unacceptable, especially given the price for the meal..... 165.00 for 3 rolls and 3 entrees (no alcoholic beverages).”
