“LOVE my local PJ's! They have the best customer service that I've ever experienced at a quick service/coffee franchise. I've only experienced two very minuscule issues with past orders being inaccurate and both times the management has gone above and beyond to promptly make things right for me. I don't get my coffee anywhere else. I also love their app, it makes ordering easy & keeps up with my rewards without my having to punch my number in at the store every time.“

“Now as I write this review I should tell you, I am typically not a coffee drinker. I don’t drink coffee really at all— unless it’s from The Coffee Loft. I pop in multiple times a week and every time I go, the staff is super friendly and even on their busiest days, you won’t be waiting long for your order. Their menu is very detailed and they offer a very wide range of options to choose from, including beverages without coffee, which is great for kids and people who don’t drink it! Their food and beverage prices are incredibly fair, about as much as you’d pay for your Starbucks or Dunkin’ and personally, I like the coffee this local shop uses over the previous two! If you haven’t tried this place yet and you’re local or even traveling through, make it a point to come here!! You won’t regret it!“

“This is the only Dunkin I’ve ever been to, I started off my Dunkin experience here and I personally don’t want to go to any other Dunkin! These people are genuinely so kind and respectful. I cannot have regular coffee I have to have decaf and they make sure to let me know it’s decaf because I need the reassurance to calm my anxiety. Today I ordered and me and my friend a coffee (she doesn’t drink decaf) and she went in without me and the guy asked her if it was correct or needed to be decaf because they’ve remembered my name from ordering! :) I feel so appreciated by these people. “Leandra fr Starbucks along 98 is the bestest barista, she took time to introduce the coffee beans, ie dark/medium roast, different flavours, different countries, even though we didn’t ask her to go into details, in fact we only ask what’s available, nobody in Starbucks even in other states n other countries we have been to actually took the time to share w us such info. I always have a pleasant experience in Starbucks, but this is exceptional excellent service. We need more young pple like her. “It was 2/3 Am raining outside like cats and dogs went in paid for my gas tried talking to the cashier a young woman and young man was there together on the speaker outside no answer so I go back in the store in the rain to ask what was the problem with the pump the buttons wasn't working on Number 8 pump the young woman spoke up rather rudely and says well you have to let us know what pump you gonna use I told her I said #8 and then she says well I guess it's not working never got off her stool to come try and see or put a sign up or nothing so I told her I'll go to #9 where my friend just pumped her gas and that's what I did but I told it was no need in trying to get Smart it was raining out there and I'm 74 years old and I just wanted you to know I didn't appreciate her Nasty Attitude“
