“Went in for the first time this morning and had a coffee with the pastry. I will have say it was the best cup of coffee I have had in a long time. Both inside and outside areas are great for a relaxing rest after the morning walk. I plan to return 😄“

“I wasn’t very hungry at lunch so I decided to try Sharetea. I’m not a tea connoisseur per se but I definitely like to try it when I can.

I went inside and it had a kiosk type of thing that allowed you to make your order. Flipping through the menu I decided on Classis Pearl Oolong Milk Tea. What I like about ordering, is that you can choose your sweetness level. I chose 80% sweetness. You can choose up to 120%. I also ordered Pork and Shrimp Egg Rolls.

My drink was ready first so I sat a little bit and waited for my egg rolls. The staff was very helpful. I asked for some sauce for my egg rolls and one of the staff went next door to get a little cup for the sauce.

The tea was really good. I have some oolong tea at my house that I like. Their tea was sweetened to perfection. The 80% was very accurate to my tastes. The order of egg rolls were 2 very warm and crispy egg rolls. They seemed to be very well made. I can recommend the tea and the egg rolls.“

The thing that stands out to me most is the freshness of the food!! The environment is so bright, cheery and welcoming. Keesha was our waitress and she was so attentive and friendly. Our daughter is at college and we are so ready for her to come home so we can bring her! I can’t recommend this place enough!! We will certainly be back!!“

Expert in coffee, food, great customer service -while also a master in bargain shopping. Loved his energy and personality! The young lady taking my order was friendly and had a wonderful smile and great customer service. The young man making my coffee spoke to me and was genuinely nice and made an amazing iced latte. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and a breakfast wrap- all delicious and hot! Clean location. Relaxing. 10/10 recommend! The staff made this location! Again, 10/10 recommend! “This is a very cozy place and the cofee and service is amazing. Starbucks is across the street but I would rather go into the mall with my friends or by myself to experience the ambience of the beautiful atmosphere and great service. “It is so good it’s family owned. You can tell they love what they do. There is a variety of meats. They have the best pancakes and salmon patties ever and they’re not slow. You’re in and out in about 10 to 15 minutes. There is dine

“This is the only Dunkin I’ve ever been to, I started off my Dunkin experience here and I personally don’t want to go to any other Dunkin! These people are genuinely so kind and respectful. I cannot have regular coffee I have to have decaf and they make sure to let me know it’s decaf because I need the reassurance to calm my anxiety. Today I ordered and me and my friend a coffee (she doesn’t drink decaf) and she went in without me and the guy asked her if it was correct or needed to be decaf because they’ve remembered my name from ordering! :) I feel so appreciated by these people. I would recommend them everytime!“

“If you have a low sitting car, avoid this place because the parking lot is difficult to get into/leave without scraping your bumper. This is my favorite Starbucks in the area and I always pick this place over the other ones, but I have a lower sitting car and this last time when I entered, it tore my bumper out. I went left from airport and drove straight in through that dip and I made sure to go really slow but it got my car still. You have to go in there at an angle and sometimes that doesn't work :(

“The service here is always so wonderful, the girls in the morning are so sweet to me and my daughter. They know me by name and always make my drink perfectly. I made the mistake of ordering my same drink at a different location once, and it was NOT the same. The only downside is knowing how crappy of a manager they have, and what they must have to deal with on a daily basis. I frequent this location enough to have encountered the manager on more than one occasion being absolutely rude to her young staff. These are kids that chose to show up to work at 5am rather than party or be on the streets somewhere. On one occasion, I was inside picking up a drink, and the manager basically threw a chair right next to where I was standing. She slid it so hard it made a very loud Louise and then literally yelled at the two girls “how hard is this to do!” If she’ll act this way in front of a customer, theres no telling what she’s subjected her staff to behind closed doors. Do better for your staff, do better for our next generation, and do better for our community Starbucks! Give these kids a manager who will lead them ethically and morally, give them something to look forward to and show them that the workforce isn’t something to be afraid of. That lady just isn’t right“

“I get my coffee at Starbucks every morning for the last 8yrs, a grande latte with 2 Splenda’s extra hot. For the last 2yrs the Hillcrest location has been my favorite 🤩 location. I love the crew at Hillcrest especially my barista Adrian, he is always in a positive and uplifting mood which is just what I need @5:45a.m., a cup of coffee and a smile. I no longer live in the Hillcrest Road area but I choose this location because of the crew you have working this location.“
