“I like visiting this place. Every coffee drink I've tried has been great. I also enjoyed the various fizzy drinks and chocolates I've picked up over the years. It has a really great vibe with the trees framing the outside space. I need to visit more often. You should too! :)“

“I just left and LOVED it! I got the Lavender Oatmilk Vanilla Latte Hot & it was so good. The service was amazing! They were having a toy drive and my kids got to get a gift, donuts, hot chocolate and a picture with Santa. I 100000/10 recommend! ☕️“

“I wasn’t very hungry at lunch so I decided to try Sharetea. I’m not a tea connoisseur per se but I definitely like to try it when I can.

I went inside and it had a kiosk type of thing that allowed you to make your order. Flipping through the menu I decided on Classis Pearl Oolong Milk Tea. What I like about ordering, is that you can choose your sweetness level. I chose 80% sweetness. You can choose up to 120%. I also ordered Pork and Shrimp Egg Rolls.

My drink was ready first so I sat a little bit and waited for my egg rolls. The staff was very helpful. I asked for some sauce for my egg rolls and one of the staff went next door to get a little cup for the sauce.

The tea was really good. I have some oolong tea at my house that I like. Their tea was sweetened to perfection. The 80% was very accurate to my tastes. The order of egg rolls were 2 very warm and crispy egg rolls. They seemed to be very well made. I can recommend the tea and the egg rolls.“

“This is a very cozy place and the cofee and service is amazing. Starbucks is across the street but I would rather go into the mall with my friends or by myself to experience the ambience of the beautiful atmosphere and great service. The cofee is remarkable as well and I will go again and again and again.“

“The staff at this location was AMAZING! Especially CHRIS! He was fast, friendly, and efficient and advised me on Costco shopping. Expert in coffee, food, great customer service -while also a master in bargain shopping. Loved his energy and personality! The young lady taking my order was friendly and had a wonderful smile and great customer service. The young man making my coffee spoke to me and was genuinely nice and made an amazing iced latte. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and a breakfast wrap- all delicious and hot! Clean location. Relaxing. 10/10 recommend! The staff made this location! Again, 10/10 recommend! “Least not this one. placed my order, was 10 minutes past pick up time they never even seen the order until i got there. I had to wait, then they said could not do my special request. so I was told they could not make my drink with no ice. I have very sensitive teeth and ice makes them hurt. Not to mention paid over six dollars for three small sips of coffee. No thank you.“

“This is a standout Starbucks! The location is great. It's just of I-65 on the west side of the Mobile metro area. The store is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It's also larger than most Starbucks with plenty of seating. The staff is very professional, courteous, and attentive. I had a great latte while I got some work done. Got a coffee refill for the road.“

I didn’t catch the barista’s name but i had called beforehand to see if they had lemonade before driving over there as it’s a good 20 minute drive and with traffic about 25. They were nice enough to set some aside for me without me knowing. and gave my dog a nice full pup cup. So to the baristas working around 4:20 . THANK YOU“

“Best breakfast place EVER!! We recently found The Toasted Yolk as we live across the bay. We were looking for a new spot. Genuinely best breakfast ever. The thing that stands out to me most is the freshness of the food!! The environment is so bright, cheery and welcoming. Keesha was our waitress and she was so attentive and friendly. Our daughter is at college and we are so ready for her to come home so we can bring her! I can’t recommend this place enough!! We will certainly be back!!“

“never had any issues with this Starbucks! gets busy when there's big events happening downtown, but doesn't any restaurant? pretty sure it started to mainly serve the Trustmark building so they're really not that big! doing great <3“

“Never had an issue with them, even when they get busy and crowded. Only downside is you can be waiting in line for around 15 mins during busy hours because it's the only Starbucks on campus. Service has always been great and my coffee orders have always been accurate.“

There are several local coffee shops with better coffee, however, if you need a cup of coffee at 6am, you can find an open Starbucks.\n\nI visit this location regularly when I am in Mobile to grab an early morning coffee with a friend.“

The menu had something for everyone—kids, adults, and even picky eaters. The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You can really tell that the ingredients are high quality and made with care. Portions were generous without being overwhelming, and everything was well-prepared.
The kids loved their meals, and the staff was very kind and patient with them. For the adults, the main dishes were delicious and filling, and the desserts were the perfect sweet ending to a great meal.
Overall, this is a place where you feel at home, enjoy good food, and make great memories with family. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to others!

“Awesome service from the staff here. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and clearly working hard to keep things running smoothly.

That said, the inside of the store was uncomfortably warm and humid. It honestly took away from the overall experience. I don’t know if the temperature is controlled locally or by corporate, but it doesn’t seem aligned with the reality of the weather here in Mobile, Alabama.

I hope this can be adjusted, because the team here is doing a great job and the environment should match the level of service they’re providing.“

“So my wife loves Dunkin donuts pumpkin coffee. I am not a fan of the chain anymore. Doughnuts are frozen and delivered instead of freshly made at the location like a few years ago . My wife rates them a 5. I'm someplace around a 3. Staff was friendly, coffee was made well. I skipped the previously frozen food and she enjoyed her's. It's unfortunate because I used to really enjoy the chain. I currently get my doughnuts at Publix or a local shop, occasionally Krispy cream who still makes them fresh but Dunkin has better coffee ☕.“
