“I am in Mobile for business and had an early start. The 2 outstanding people that were working at 4:45 am on Thursday morning on 9/25/2025 were amazing! Service 6 out of 5 stars, food well I wish all of the waffle houses cared this much and the entertainment and laughs. I truly needed that. I thank you both!!! I wish I knew their names. Best waffle house ever just gave me hope in the brand again!“

We almost didn't go back but I'm glad we did.
They fully redeemed themselves this time.
It started with the greeting as we walked in and only got better as things went along. Showtime was one of the best servers we've seen in a long time anywhere we've eaten and Morris is a grill operator extraordinaire. They got our order right despite the fact that we had difficult special requests and are extremely exacting.
We will definitely be returning and probably sooner than later.

“Go see Dewayne, the cook. He's the best an NOW let's talk about this waitress, Tina... Amazing is all I can say. She has only waited on us 1 time an it was about 2 weeks ago but still knew what we ate. Will definitely be back to see these two ppl..“

“I gave this Waffle House four stars because the customer service was amazing. The guy who was at the window so it was pleasant. I enjoyed talking with him. The food however the lady that was the cook for the night she’s a little heavy-handed on the salt. I’m a bit disappointed because there’s so much salt i can’t enjoy my food. Service is amazing but the food not so good.“

“Best breakfast place EVER!! We recently found The Toasted Yolk as we live across the bay. We were looking for a new spot. Genuinely best breakfast ever. The thing that stands out to me most is the freshness of the food!! The environment is so bright, cheery and welcoming. Keesha was our waitress and she was so attentive and friendly. Our daughter is at college and we are so ready for her to come home so we can bring her! I can’t recommend this place enough!! We will certainly be back!!“
