“Great food. I love this place. Staff is the best. It’s my go to restaurant. Great place for a cup of hot chocolate or if you’re a coffee drinker that too. “I love First Watch on 9 mile road and, the service I received from "Taylor" was bar none, the best!! I love the blueberry multi grain pancakes but recently I tried the breakfast burrito and it was AMAZING! Definitely recommend this place!“

“Wow! I was experiencing a personal tragedy. The group of people with me needed to eat. Waffle House was the only place I felt like I could stomach anything at that moment. The staff was nice enough not to make a big deal out of my hysteria and was sweet enough to even turn on the jukebox to drown out my upset world from the rest of the customers. It's just the little things that make the difference.“

“We ate there today. Food and drink fine. I found that the rest room had two five second bursts available to dry my hands. No further allowable ways to dry my hands except toilet paper. Won't come back.“

“This is for the waffle house on 9 mile behind the cvs. This is the best one I've visited in the Pensacola area. The food is always good, the service is great, and it's very clean. I would definitely recommend this waffle house to anyone“

“I like going to this waffle house. I come here because I feel lonely especially since it's me just all by myself without my late husband and my son and daughter-in-law with my grandkids stationed over in virginia. I come to this waffle house because I like the company. The service is good and the food is fantastic. We got some really great workers here. I believe that Kristen, Melissa, Jayne, Stephanie, Whitney, Katrina, Kadaisha, Linda and Holly are just about the sweetest waitresses. We also got some really great cooks like Calvin, Patrick, Jeremiah and Quincy. I also think that William is just about the friendliest manager. I really feel right at home here. Yall keep up the good work!! 😉“

“Maggie was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, friendly, and so welcoming. She made us feel right at home. We ordered the All-Star Breakfast. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we wanted it. She kept our drinks filled, checked on us often, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. Great food is always a plus, but great service makes the experience even better. Ms. Maggie truly delivered. If you stop by this location, you'd be lucky to have her taking care of you!“

“Met a cashier customer service his name was James Roth. He helped me find additional things in the store even though he was busy just a delightful and refreshing human being.. very personal and humorous you don't see that level of person as a cashier normally at a gas station. “This place just earned itself a spot into our top spots for breakfast in Pensacola! We tried the heart attack and the steak and egg breakfast sandwich and we still can’t decide which was our favorite. They have a vast selection of hot sauces if that’s your thing, but the sandwiches were great with our without. The owner (I presume) was very nice and personable which is refreshing these days. Glad to support a local business anytime I can and hope that this review brings you to do the same. Can’t wait to come back!“
