“OH. MY. GOODNESS. I’m a foodie that LOVES a beautiful atmosphere and for my food and drinks to look “too good to consume” - this place knocked it out of the park. We had a pastry and coffees - by far, THEE BEST I’ve had in Pensacola. All pastries are made in-house by the owner and the coffee…. The photos don’t do the taste justice. I’m hard to impress and to say that I’m blown away is quite the understatement. All of the staff we encountered were wonderful too, smiling, engaging and truly seemed to enjoy the place they worked. Excited to comeback and try their full menu! Only thing is, I wish they were downtown!“

“We had a wonderful time at Jo’s celebrating my sister-in-law’s birthday! The restaurant is so beautiful and the food was excellent! Ms. Jo was so helpful with planning out the details of the party! “I love First Watch on 9 mile road and, the service I received from "Taylor" was bar none, the best!! I love the blueberry multi grain pancakes but recently I tried the breakfast burrito and it was AMAZING! Definitely recommend this place!“

“Wow, where to begin. I work at Baptist, a stressful, medical environment. My only respite? The charming Panera bread location in the bear building. But even more delightful than the food and beverages are the workers. Always kind, always putting in the extra work to make my experience better. Always smiling. Abby and Julianna specifically have made a memorable impact on my time working in the hospital. Their cheery faces always greeting me and asking about my day. These girls are gems, Panera should hold on to them forever. Without them I would not even buy from Panera half as much, they are the selling point. I hope the best for these girls as they inevitably go into Panera management positions making 6 figures at their own locations in the next few years. Thank you Abby and Julianna for always being the kind face in my time of need.“

“I love shopping at Ever'man! Especially the new store on Nine Mile Rd! The 9MR store is much more spacious than the downtown location, which can get overcrowded pretty quickly on busy days. They have a huge selection to choose from especially in the supplement section! My only "complaint" if you can call it that, is that the young kids who make up the workforce of sales associates aka "cashier's" seem to be all kind of spaced out, or simply just don't use common sense. Yesterday the person bagging my groceries asked me if I wanted them to "Put this in a bag" referring to the toilet paper I was buying. Not sure how to answer that question honestly. Am I supposed to carry the TP to my car somehow without a bag? Just seemed like a silly question. And then there's the bagging. For the love of all that's holy, I get that we're trying to save the planet and all, but do we need to put 50lbs of groceries all into one bag? Me thinks not. Don't make the bags so loaded down and heavy, please! When you're 22 years old it might be easy to carry that much but when you're 52, everything is starting to hurt in our bodies. 🤷🏻♀️😂“

“Over multiple visits at this location for dine-in, carry-out and drive-thru, the staff and management are consistently friendly and very welcoming. They all give big smiles and warm greetings. The food has always tasted well-made and delicious. I've strayed away from Panera Bread over the years but this location has steered me back to enjoy the food. Love the design of this Pensacola location with an open and very bright interior due to a great wall of windows, but without being too big. Plus, with a spacious and cozy outdoor seating area. The atmosphere is quite serene and peaceful whether you visit solo or in a big group. This Panera Bread is an excellent tucked away location for the 9 Mile Rd area!“
