I had the pleasure of meeting Shelagh and the crew there yesterday (I had previously met Patrick) and they are all extremely friendly and it was very obvious they care about their customers. The Cafe has a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere not to mention good food and great choices for coffee.“

The service is quick to seat you and get you started but not as attentive throughout the meal as I like to expect. The food takes a while to get to your table but it is so worth it.“

Her class was the perfect blend of breath work and yoga poses. I am advanced in my practice and would recommend this class to all levels from beginner to expert. The vibes were on point and Ashley was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I will be back!“
