“Only my second time here, both times I have been greeted by smiling faces, I've been ushered to table or told I could sit wherever. Service was awesome. I had a ribeye and loaded baked potato. The potato could have been a meal on its own, it was piled high with bacon and cheese, butter and sour cream. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare. I'm asuming the owner or at least manager came out and told me my steak had more fat than he would like but it was the last one that they had as it was the special that night and he only charged me for the smaller steak. It's nice to see customer service like this. It makes you want to go back. If you're in the area I highly suggest this place. They also have some of the best burgers I've ever eaten at a restaurant. I definitely would recommend.“
“O M G ! Life changing place! The squash soup was the perfect complement to the homemade bread! And so clean! I could live here! The Diet Coke had that perfect combination of bubbles and carbonation! I know that’s a green house gas and we have to save the planet by not releasing it, but I couldn’t help myself! The little pat of butter! The individually wrapped drinking straw! The real metal cutlery! I only wish I had more friends to share this experience with!“
“The food was very tasty and very reasonably priced. The service was friendly and efficient. I loved it that it's a small room with Alabama, Auburn, Enterprise, Troy, and Ft. Rucker memorabilia on the walls. The owner, Mick, came out and personally checked on every customer. He even asked my daughter how she hurt her arm (it was in a sling). Will definitely recommend to local family and will return when we're back in town. Ps: get the bread pudding. You'll be glad you did!“
