My wife was there on 7/16/2022 to purchase a microwave oven. She approached 4 people near the customer service area. They were having a personal discussion and had to call for someone to show her where they were. The gentleman helped her set it on top of the cart. The person at the register required her to put everything under the microwave on the belt for scanning. My wife had to load the cart by herself after the scanning was done. Just wanted to let people know that the hearing aid department manager did an excellent job in fixing my hearing aid quickly and at a very reasonable price. I had inquired at another Sam's and they said it had to be sent in at a cost twice as much.
