Food is well prepared and portioned. Cooked to order, it can take a while (almost 30 minutes) to get your food order when the kitchen is busy. Coffee refills are free, and the service staff is cordial. I find it is worth the wait. The breakfast on bagel (they call it the BOB) will the maple glazed thicker cut bacon is memorable and will have me coming back. Excellent food, often crowded, so service can be a bit rushed at times, but I always feel appreciated and welcomed even if the staff is overwhelmed. This place is a hidden gem and we love frequenting them whenever we can. We haven't had a dish we haven't liked yet! The French toast sandwich is amazing, the burritos are enormous and the biscuits and gravy are knock your socks off delicious! This is a must have hidden gem in Niceville Florida. Excellent service and food. Beautiful cozy welcoming atmosphere. Fresh roast/ brewed Coffee. The medium roast was excellent for me. The Down Home breakfast maple bacon , cheesy grits, egg your way and sour dough toast was the hot for me. Tasty seasoned correctly and enjoyable.A recommend choice and I will be returning.
