Fortunately my head missed the corner of the bench but my back hip and shoulders are going to be feeling it for a while. One employee asked if I was ok, but she was the only one. Other customers helped me up. I'm just glad it wasn't my daughter or wife it rolled over on. It's good food. Don't sit at their outdoor tables at the Pensacola location.”

If you jojn the waitlist via online you can’t just confirm your table you have to physically see the hostess as well. I’ve never had to do this in the past, but today after being second in line for 25 minutes I walked inside and was informed you have to double check in. Maybe add that to the initial text you send out. Otherwise still a nice place to eat.”

Our waiter was highly knowledgeable about the wine pairings and made sure our water glasses never went empty. It’s definitely a splurge, but absolutely worth it for a high-end dining experience.”

I believe that Kristen, Melissa, Jayne, Stephanie, Whitney, Katrina, Kadaisha, Linda and Holly are just about the sweetest waitresses. We also got some really great cooks like Calvin, Patrick, Jeremiah and Quincy. I also think that William is just about the friendliest manager. I really feel right at home here. “I gave this place five stars overall because my husband loves this place however I feel that their menu is very limited in the fact that there's not a lot of really tasty items. Also almost every order has come back in one way or another wrong and we wouldn't know until we got home because we ordered in advance usually. For example the wrong items entirely, no add ones that were paid for, and fries that were obviously old and refried, so burnt that we couldn't chew them. Being a prior district manager of a restaurant with franchises in Orlando and being a chef at Disney I know that opening new franchises can take time before they get everything right every time.”

I got a snickerdoodle and a cake batter cookie, he got a molten lava and a brownie batter cookie. We LOVED THEM. The staff was polite and when you walk in it just smells like sugar cookies and immediately makes you happy! It was my first time there and I will be coming back!”

Then the fried fish basket which I think was grouper. 2 large pieces of fish that were juicy and not over cooked. The sauce that came with it was great. The fries were crisp and hot. The Cole slaw and twice baked potato salad were obviously house made, a long with almost everything else. The onion rings were not homemade but they were still good, made from sliced onions, not chopped and formed. Everyone else enjoyed their food also.”

Bonnie (Bonnie Bee on the receipt) was less than nice and professional unfortunately. Telling me to calm down because I didn’t know if my kids consistently picking up their cups off the scale, I had to ask her if she was able to get the weight of them…. Very disappointing but we do love coming in. We will be frequenting the pace location instead, as they are friendly and much better at communicating when they have the weight logged so I don’t have to sit there and explain to the kids to stop grabbing for their sweet treat. Kids will be kids but your customers are most likely with children so Bonnie needs better training in communication so parents are not just waiting until they have to ask for the total or ask if their product has been weighed.”

I just wanted a shaken martini and a good steak. Aupoire sauce was bland. Manager never came over to our table to check. Bounced around to the other customers. Wanted Jacksons but unfortunately chose the District. Blue cheese wedge has a teaspoon of hard dried out bacon. Waiter apologized after we said we didn't need a doggie back The steak was raw and wouldn't take it home . So, he took a drink off. LOL If You spend $150 on dinner, it should be good. Bad experience.”

“We eat at this Cava a couple times a week. For the majority of the time it's a decent experience and we keep returning if that tells you anything. My suggestions are to make sure you confirm that the rice and lentils are cooked appropriately because sometimes those ingredients are still uncooked/hard as rocks. Watch them add your toppings because they seem to want to rush you through that process and they tend to skip toppings that you request because they are in a hurry to keep things moving.”

Maybe add that to the initial text you send out. Otherwise still a nice place to eat.”

“We eat at this Cava a couple times a week. For the majority of the time it's a decent experience and we keep returning if that tells you anything. My suggestions are to make sure you confirm that the rice and lentils are cooked appropriately because sometimes those ingredients are still uncooked/hard as rocks. Watch them add your toppings because they seem to want to rush you through that process and they tend to skip toppings that you request because they are in a hurry to keep things moving.”

We waited over an hour for food to go. what should of been a medium rare steak was medium well, accompanied by a half burnt baked potato. Also a burnt yet still raw gummy battered onion blossom. Guessing the fryers are up to high to try and keep up with demand. Hopeful my next experience is a more pleasant one.”

My waitress name was Rebecca, she was very kind and polite ❤️ The manager stopped by before we left and gave us a little back ground on the restaurant. “OH. MY. GOODNESS. I’m a foodie that LOVES a beautiful atmosphere and for my food and drinks to look “too good to consume” - this place knocked it out of the park. We had a pastry and coffees - by far, THEE BEST I’ve had in Pensacola. All pastries are made in-house by the owner and the coffee…. The photos don’t do the taste justice. I’m hard to impress and to say that I’m blown away is quite the understatement. All of the staff we encountered were wonderful too, smiling, engaging and truly seemed to enjoy the place they worked. Excited to comeback and try their full menu! Only thing is, I wish they were downtown!”

“I finally made it to Nolita’s for some ice cream with a friend and we will be coming back for more!! I got the tiramisu sundae and it was exactly what I needed and more! The presentation was beautiful, the flavor was great and I believe there was tiramisu and coffee at the bottom of the ice cream! The staff was super sweet, the owner, Hylene, actually brought our ice cream outside to us and the fun vintage decor was refreshing! Also the bathroom was super clean! Can’t wait to try more from them!!”
