“Stopped in here for breakfast of course and I wasn’t disappointed! I had the Dads good morning breakfast and let me tell you something it was delicious!! Country fried steak with sausage gravy the seasoned potatoes and eggs where perfect! My waitress kept my coffee cup full and super friendly. I’m an old truck driver so that made me feel like home lol. If your wanting a great breakfast or brunch spot stop on in and give them a try,I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.“
“We stopped in for lunch today and couldn’t be happier with our decision! We got the Warm roll, a cold roll and the lobster bisque. Everything was fantastic and I haven’t had such AMAZING customer service in a long time. We can’t wait to go back!“
“We had a wonderful time and the food was exceptional. Only problem we encountered was the older lady behind the merchandise counter. She was incredibly rude and didn’t talk to us at all! Didn’t even say thank you for our purchases which were numerous. She wasn’t happy to be there.“
“Wow! Delicious seafood! I highly recommend the blackened grouper, grilled shrimp, cheesy grits, and collard greens. And the raw oysters are amazingly fresh! Big shout out to my waitress, Amanda, for the great recommendations!Next time I'm in Pensacola, I'll be stopping by again!“
“Best meal of our week here by far!! Very reasonable prices even on the Market Priced options. Staff was friendly. Margarita was delicious. I ordered 1 cluster of Crab with 1/2 lb Gulf Shrimp and it was phenomenol. My husband ordered the Grouper tacos which were almost the the show stealer!! Both amazing dishes!“
“Great food. We ordered the grilled shrimp for an appetizer and it was sooo good. My boyfriend ordered all you can eat steamed shrimp. My oldest son ordered Cajun pasta with chicken, shrimp and broccoli in it. My youngest son ordered the kids popcorn shrimp and fries. I ordered the grilled platter- grilled shrimp and blackened chicken. My two sides were grits and shrimp and new potatoes. Since I didn’t want the shrimp slaw, corn fritter and and hush puppies, the waitress gave me the option to get another side. So I ordered broccoli. The alcoholic drinks were mediocre. The customer service was great. Our waitress was very friendly.“
“A great place to get an interesting, delicious meal. They always have good vegan options for those who are so inclined. The vegan charcuterie blew my mind; asked the waitress several times if she didn’t get me the standard one by mistake.“
“We had the most wonderful experience tonight while dining in. We started with a little bit of a wait, about an hour, but with the views and areas to walk around, it was no problem for 5 adults and 5 kids. The food was beyond amazing! The service was spot on and Sam was absolutely killer with dealing with all of the kids, four of which are 5 and under! It was clear she really cared. Holy smokes was the food good!!! Between the fish tacos, the grits, and the blackened tuna I had for an appetizer, I haven’t ate so good in my life!! I can’t wait to come back!! These guys are really GREAT!“
“I've had a hankerin for crawfish for a hot minute and this was deeply satisfying. It was perfectly seasoned but not burn your mouth hot just for the sake of being spicy. The servers were very sweet and attentive. Overall I highly recommend.“
“Another amazing meal at fisherman’s corner. The daily special was blackened snapper over garlic potatoes with shrimp sauce. It was SPECIAL. The wife had the usual shrimp and grits and it was good as always. Got the praline bread pudding with butter rum sauce to go and OMG. Logan was our waiter and he couldn’t have been a better server that knew the menu by heart. This is a must if you haven’t been.“
“First off, I have to rave about our server Angelina. She was fantastic! So sweet, so helpful, and did a awesome job the entirety of our meal. We stopped by on our last night before heading home from Spring Break with our three kids. The food was delicious. We went around five, and it wasn't busy quite yet, but it did fill up pretty quickly not long after. Would highly recommend!“
“This place is worth a try! Great customer service, super friendly and patient while we were figuring out what we want. The food was out quickly and it is absolutely delicious! So much flavor and these po’boys are packed full! We will definitely be back *we got the cheeseburger po’boy, oyster po’boy and who dat po’boy with pineapple lemonade“
“Stopped in today for the Seafood Philly and they were awesome. Very fresh, perfect bread, and plenty of food all the way around. Also tried the conch fritters, which were loaded with conch and cooked perfectly. If you drive down the beach you will pay more for half the quality. Folks that run it are friendly and answer any question with a smile. You can't beat the location sitting outside in a casual spot just relaxing. A new favorite.“
“Definitely the best indian restaurant in Pensacola !Have been here multiple times before since they started. Chicken biryani and Keema dosa are my favourites. Family owned restaurant and Owners are very friendly, makes this place even more welcoming and special. Simply love this place .Don’t forget to try their chai !“
“OMG. I don't know what to say about this place. We decided to stop in for happy hour at about 5:30 and we had our choice of dining room or bar room. We were seated at a table near the band, which wasn't playing yet. I saw the acoustic instruments and knew that they would not be too loud for us. We ordered some drinks and shared a Point Platter which included fish, oysters, hush puppies and more. The band began to play and we were totally thrilled. We just stumbled into a great bluegrass band and we wound up staying, and ordering more and more just so we could keep the table. By this time the place was packed. Loved the music, the food, the wait staff. Plenty of parking. Go here!“
“We are here from Charleston, South Carolina, visiting family for the week. They brought us here for dinner last night, and it was amazing. Staff was very friendly. Food came out fast, hot and delicious. Definitely want to go back before we leave.“
“We've been coming to the Gulf Shores/Pensacola are for 30+years. Tonight was our first visit to the Oar House. Wow!! Everything from drinks to appetizers, meals and desserts was scrumptious! Our waiter (sorry, I can't remember his name) was knowledgeable and very attentive. We will definitely be back!!“
“Honest Review Me and my girl came here for lunch the day they opened as this new store. I never had the pleasure of eating at Seafood Station but wish I had. New management apparently, and they are doing it right. First off, we ordered a diet coke for me and a sweet tea for my wonderful girl. We noticed they served them out of 2-liters which was interesting but didn't bother us. I got our appetizer before I got my drink though and that was odd. Either way, the Goyza soup was amazing. It was just goyza in a pho broth but it worked so well. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue and my girl got the shrimp fried rice. It was amazing, good flavors, good portions, and just overall good food. The service was good but slow a bit. the decor was cute and overall I would highly recommend this place.“
“Food was superb, service was on point! Would recommend 5.0 stars for sure! Portion sizes were huge, fresh cut (HOT) fries seasoned just right. The only suggestion I would have for the burgers is fresh ground beef/sirloin mix rather than the frozen patty. Pattie’s were very big and tasty but fresh on the beef would have made it amazing! The wife had the blackened fish po-boy and again the portion was huge! Great taste, seasoned well and again the fries were fabulous. She can’t wait to taste the grouper po-boy and we both look forward to breakfast that looks totally amazing. One of the few places left where you get what you pay for and it exceeds your expectations. Asia was our host in the truck and she really took care of us! Great first experience, we will definitely be back. Wish you guys were open later as well!!“
“Shrimply the best meal I had on my trip to Pensacola! We had Kaitlyn as our server and she was so sweet and awesome! My dad was in the worst mood ever when we got there (for nothing shrimp basket related) and she was super kind and bubbly and got him back into a fun mood - handled it like a boss- and if I were her I would have spit in his drink. So thank you to her for that <3 :) Go Kaitlyn and Go Shrimp Basket!!!“
“The fried shrimp here is large and luscious. It is a very small cafe that has or had curb service. The waitress accepted tips she was required to turn over to the boss. The curb service was great. This was over a year ago. I recently noted there are a couple of small tables in there now. Virtually no ambiance it's so small so no room in there. The food is what matters, however, and the shrimp were fab. I'll bet they still are, as well as the other fare.“
“10/10 my mom and I came here after hiking and the food was fresh and super hot. For the first time my mom and I left an establishment feeling happy that our money was not wasted. I had the grouper basket and my mom had the grilled cheese and fried okra.“
“A steak and seafood restaurant located in the heart of Downtown Pensacola!? The District provides a cozy, modern fine dining experience!Atmosphere: The space has a combination of brick and wood accents with a beautiful stairway in the entrance! The tables are covered with white table cloths; and depending on where you’re sitting, you get a view of the street!Service: We had a larger party, but our waiter took care of us like a champ! We were constantly checked up on and received our drinks and food quickly!Menu items: I got their Scottish Salmon Oscar for dinner and had their birthday dessert to end the night! (Celebrated here for my 22nd birthday!)The dining experience here is unique as the restaurant is in Pensacola’s more historic downtown district. They also have a glass window that shows their meat storage that you can find on your way to the restroom!“
“I've been here quite a few times. I even brought a few people along the last couple of times I've been so they can share the experience. The service is superb! The food is always fresh and delicious. They have the type of customer service that can just change your whole day. Keep up the great work!“
“I love being here on this white sand, music everywhere, pontoon, boats, typical houses on stilts...We drink beers there, and I asked for a fruit juice ? is it water and? It tastes like it but I don’t think it’s fruit juice ?But I feel like I'm on a beach in Florida ? ambiance ?“
“Fantastic food, best cheese grits and blackened mahi-mahi around! The service was great, all of the food was delicious, and the banana pudding helped finish off a perfect meal. Kudos to the crew who delivered a great dining experience, I highly recommend Gulf Coast Seafood Restaurant.“
“We stopped in on the recommendation of our maintenance techs at our rental on 3/23/24.The food was top notch. Our Server, Victoria, was friendly, informed and knowledgeable. You know it's genuine that she enjoyed herself and the conversation because her smile didn't fade when she walked away. We'll be back this trip and every one in the future. 5 stars isn't enough!!!!“
“Omgoodness ❤️!! This place is so good!! I had a fried chicken sandwich with fries.. it was AMAZING! My son had fried gizzards and he said the same thing!! The price was great, large servings and great service ?❤️!! Abso-freaking-lutely recommend!! Thank y'all ?❤️“
“In the restaurant under the afternoon sun, The aroma of delicious food fills your heart. Beautiful ingredients are served on white porcelain plates. The colors unfold like a scroll. The tender meat is as graceful as a dancer, Crispy vegetables are like a gift from the earth. The aroma of the wine is fragrant, and you feel relaxed and happy when you taste it. The notes of the meal danced and echoed in the air. While chewing slowly, the tip of your tongue dances with rhythm, The endless aftertaste of beauty is like a dream. The restaurant is picturesque and the food is poetic, Enjoy delicious food and experience the tranquility of time.“
“I really enjoyed my Hooked on seafood experience! The food is ALWAYS cook to order and the staff has great customer service. If you are looking for a spot with good laughter and good food this is definitely the place for you!!!Parking: The parking is great! It’s a food truck so they travel the places that have plenty of parkingDietary restrictions: They have a sign that tells you they have shrimp and oysters on the truck and if you are allergic to any other item on the menu then the cook will be extra careful with making your food“
“Hands down my favorite place to eat and relax in town. The owner and staff are so friendly, the food is amazing, and they have incredible events with a very cool outdoor space. Kid and pet friendly. Come relax, enjoy great authentic cuisine, enjoy the atmosphere, and all the amazing people.“
“We were returning from New Orleans and stumbled upon this place. Let me tell you; I had crawfish in New Orleans the day before and most where over cooked to where the tails where mush. But these were by far the best I've ever had. Cooked perfectly and the seasoning was amazing "garlic butter". But I think next time I'll get the hot as the medium did not seem hot at all for me. This place is now my go to restaurant when in Pensacola. They even allow our dog to sit in his wagon while we enjoyed our meal of crawfish clams and mussels. Cannot wait to go back again!“
“I ordered take out. I got the blackened grouper sandwich, the tuna dip and the shrimp and crab chowder.I was beautiful inside. The food was AMAZING not one complaint. I will definitely return. The only thing I can say, as I ordered takeout and when I got home and opened my boxes, they gave me the wrong food so unfortunately I had to go back to get my correct orderBut other than that everything was better than I ever expected.“
“I was leaving the complex when a wonderful smell hit my nose! I literally spun on my heel and walked into the building. I decided the best place to start would be with the first item: Mullet! It was fantastic!! After reading some of the other reviews, I know I'll be back for some ox tail, and curry!!“
“Hidden gem some good fried catfish, mullet, grouper. Food was fresh piping hot. They were friendly and fast, portions were generous. Took away a star because cash or check only. I also wish there was more places to sit we live far and ate in our car as the two tables were taken.“
“I had order the fish tacos and was very disappointed. There was about 2 inches of fish in a 6 inch tortilla. I was extremely disappointment. management made it right. I love Bone Fish Grill. The service is always above the others. thanks Doug!“
“Stopped in for dinner on the way back from Pensacola. They were busy but got us in quickly. Service was great, we got drinks and were able to order quickly. The food was tasty, the shrimp were plump and tasted so fresh. They had a good sized menu with a variety of seafood, it was difficult to choose due to so many things looking good. The view was very nice, and it would be a good place for a romantic dinner.“
“Absolutely loved the Shrimp Basket! Their popcorn shrimp is excellent—perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside. The ambiance is delightful, reminiscent of a beachside getaway, and the staff always makes you feel welcome. Will come back “
“This place is awesome. Food is good. Rae and ace were our waiters today. We’ve been here several times so we aren’t new here. But the food is always hot and delicious. Service is always quick/efficient and I love that Rae puts up with my husbands crass humor and entertains us back with her hilarious sass lol.“
“Colorful bldg drew me in. Sooo glad I stopped here. Had smothered pork chops, field peas, Mac cheese. Excellent homemade food. Only reason I gave atmosphere 3 stars is cuz it is take out or delivery only. Parking may be a problem for some. Gem of a place, staff so sweet. I will return.“
“Such an amazing night. We were both already fans of Chef George however after tonight we are even bigger fans. Our entire experience was great. We went out for my birthday/our 20th anniversary. We did a tasting of the menu from oysters (murder pointe) delicious, buttery soft and a hint of sweet the cucumber, red wine and shallot mignonette were a beautiful start. Followed by red snapper collar which was delicious however our server noticed we were having a harder time accessing the meat then normal and immediately spoke with Chef George who Insisted on firing a new one even though we’d enjoyed over half of our first one. So we ordered some tuna carpaccios while we waited and this was outstanding (if you like jalapeños ask for extra). Our second red snapper collar came out and was perfection. Soft flaky smooth and delicious (thank you chef for insisting absolutely worth it). We then decided to order the flounder main dish to share which was also perfect. The crispy fried capers and roasted pecans added a wonderful crunch contrast to the soft silky fish and creamy potatoes. To finish the night we got the tuxedo cake, and while not made in house clearly was chosen for its superior quality as my husband who does not care for chocolate was eating more of the chocolate mouse than the vanilla cheesecake. I would also highly recommend the Paloma such a refreshing drink like your sitting on a lounge chair on the beach enjoying the sunset.“
