“We ordered birria tacos, birria quesadilla, a lengua taco, a barbacoa taco, a side of refried beans, and a bean rice and cheese burrito (for my kid). It was $40 and worth EVERY penny. We waited under 10 minutes. everything was hot and fresh. the lengua was tender and NOT chewy. 11/10!!!!“

They don’t have a huge menu but what they do have is fantastic. I get the basil fried rice and my wife usually gets the curry. They have really good apps and if you can get a watermelon boba, they are life changing. Highly recommend.“

It’s just the owner and sometimes her partner running the whole operation, and somehow they manage to keep everything consistent, flavorful, and absolutely worth the stop. “Sig’s was my favorite breakfast of our entire beach trip! Those homemade biscuits are everything!! We loved our sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches with tater tots (that were perfectly fried and not greasy). Only reco I have is to let people buy biscuits to go because omg <3 Next time will definitely be back for lunch too. Owner and operator was so kind.“

“Today is guacamole day so my wife and I ventured to this new food truck near our house. New to us cuz we’ve never tried it. I gave it a 5 star but it’s more like 4.5. We ordered the quesabierria, steak fries, and steak burrito. They were all delicious. The only small issue I had was their fries. Do you remember the type of fries you get at high school cafeteria? That’s the kind it reminded me but the steak on top was juicy and flavorful. We ordered takeout and the service was great cuz we asked a lot of question regarding their food. They have daily specials as well. It’s next to a gas station so you’re really not there for the atmosphere.“

“This place just earned itself a spot into our top spots for breakfast in Pensacola! We tried the heart attack and the steak and egg breakfast sandwich and we still can’t decide which was our favorite. They have a vast selection of hot sauces if that’s your thing, but the sandwiches were great with our without. The owner (I presume) was very nice and personable which is refreshing these days. Glad to support a local business anytime I can and hope that this review brings you to do the same. Can’t wait to come back!“

The lighting in my hotel room is ambient. Do not let the lighting deter you. The food is delicious!!! My meal comes with two lumpia. I ordered 6 more and ate them on the way to my hotel room. The chef has amazing energy. The food truck is clean! That is really all you need to know! Get you sum!

“Sauce Boss Burger has the best burger in Pensacola hands down. Do not waste your time with these other places. No the food is not cheap but I would pay twice as much to enjoy one of these delicious hamburgers. If you have not tried these burgers you are missing out. Juicy, perfectly seasoned, and their staff is friendly and fast. Go check them out!“
