Sig’s was my favorite breakfast of our entire beach trip! Those homemade biscuits are everything!! We loved our sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches with tater tots (that were perfectly fried and not greasy). Only reco I have is to let people buy biscuits to go because omg <3 Next time will definitely be back for lunch too. Owner and operator was so kind.

Sig’s Breakfast & Lunch was a favorite breakfast of an entire beach trip. The homemade biscuits are everything. The sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches with tater tots were loved, and the tater tots were perfectly fried and not greasy. One recommendation is to let people buy biscuits to go. Next time will definitely be back for lunch too. The owner and operator was so kind. The food was so good had to come each day, probably one of the best burgers ever had. The owner was very friendly and talked for quite a bit. A couple stopped by in their search for some good and fulfilling food. They split the sack of sliders and oh my was it great. The sliders, the fry things, all of it was AMAZING. Highly recommend giving it a try. Sig's is a food truck sitting in front of Lillian's Pizza in Perdido Key, FL. He makes his biscuits every morning. The sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and some of his hash brown circles were very fresh, hot, and delicious. For a change, recommend grabbing some for breakfast. He has lunch as well. The most incredible bacon egg and cheese biscuit was had at this place. The biscuits are handmade and you can tell. The hash browns are seasoned perfectly. Definitely a must try while in Perdido. Plus the owner operates it which is always a win.
