“So absolutely accommodating! We had a few people in from out of town we just grabbed from airport and they wanted to try this place so bad. We showed up a few mins before closing and we felt like we should go somewhere else, but Carne Asada Darling made us feel so welcome as the last customers. The food was amazing and my out of state friends cant stop talking about how great the dinner and service was! It really shined a bright light on someone’s first visit to pensacola.“

“I've been wanting to come here for years but haven't found the time. I didn't realize there were three separate businesses at this location. I thought it was just a taco place. I'll have to come back and try the others.
I've been trying several food trucks and taco places lately and this is the first place where the meat actually had seasoning and I could taste all the toppings. The onions actually tasted like onions and the cilantro was bright and tasty like it should be.
I bought three tacos. Asada, chorizo and AL pastor. Each taco had a delicious taste and texture but my favorite (which surprised me) was the ground chorizo! That was so delicious and tangy.
Of the two sauces they provide with your food, I loved the green jalapeño sauce the best! It was spicy and brought out the flavor of the meat perfectly!
The sitting area was spacious and had plenty of shade that would be perfect in any other weather but it is too damn hot to sit outside and eat spicy food right now. Mercy!
I will definitely be coming back here, not only to try the other food stops but to get taco again! ?
Parking: The lot isn't very big and fills up fast so parking can be tricky. You can always park at the business in back and walk around from what I can tell.“

“The absolute best. I try to eat here at least once a week. The tacos cabeza and tacos lengua are delicious but I’m biased to my favorite — al pastor. The associates are so friendly and the prices can’t be beat. You will never regret coming here. ¡Hasta pronto mis amigos!“
“Had very delicious Mujarro Fritas and Pombazo. Fried fish was crispy and very tasty. First time for Pombazzo but the sour cream and fresh cheese make a tangy good flavor - I liked Pombazo best with lime juice and tortilla. Food truck Guero is 1 block off the road in a residential neighborhood. Music and eating screened carport were pleasant background. Very nice!
Wheelchair accessibility: Wood picnic Table outside on asphalt parking lot. Inside screened car port is flat but may need help getting over threshold.“

“Stopped in for lunch on our annual trip to Pensacola on 8/4. The team could not have been friendlier and helpful! They saved us a little money with the Happy Hour going on that we were unaware of. The food was excellent, but the team and their service made the visit. Looking forward to going back next year!“

“So super tasty and delicious! We love it. Pollo asado is wonderfully grilled. Plus red and green sauces are so, so good. It was just fun, to order, to chat with server, then relax to eat our lunch. It was hot and sunny outside, but nice breeze and shade under the canopy. We have been back quite a few times. Taco Tusday but also on Saturday too. Get the Pollo Asado. Plenty for 3 of us! Deliciousness!
Parking: Parking is in parking lot for the gas station. 25 ft away. Park under a tree at the bank during weekends and after 5 pm.“

“Great food. I love this place. Staff is the best. It’s my go to restaurant. Great place for a cup of hot chocolate or if you’re a coffee drinker that too. Still trying different things on the menus and haven’t had anything I did not totally enjoy. When my family and friends come to visit this is where I’ll take them for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Incredibly fast service! Good taste. Authentic. Good Carnitas. I could see this being a good option for catering a celebration of medium size. It's not so much tex mex, as it is more authentic Mexican food that you'd expect to find in San Diego. I'll definitely stop in again!“

“I’m shocked this place isn’t packed full of people. My wife and I just moved here, within 3 weeks we’ve already eaten here 4 times. The food is great, the staff are friendly and quick. Overall a great place to eat, highly recommend it“
