“Ordered delivery from the GB location for the first time. My son enjoyed his burger but I was disappointed. I ordered mine without sauce because of food allergies, and it showed up covered in sauce. Also, the fries tasted like they were fried in old oil and were inedible. I ended up having to throw those out. I’ve heard good things about Sauce Boss so I’ll try them again, but the first experience wasn’t good.“
“I moved here from Colorado 7 years ago, and had been desperate to find good Mexican food. Every single place I tried sent me into despair, as I was used to there being incredible hole in the wall, authentic places on every corner back home. I was particularly homesick one night, and decided to try once more to find quality Mexican food. A girl need a taco dangit! I found this place on door dash, and ordered an assortment of things for my mom, the kids, and I. Burritos, tacos, assorted meats, and of course jalapenos, I went overboard. I was craving a solid lingua, as if it's cooked right, it's the most incredible taco you'll ever find. The smell emanating from the bag must have driven the driver crazy, and I'm hoping he went back to obtain their own order of tacos. That level of torture is inhumane. While guilty of probably breaking the Geneva convention, Taqueria El Asador provided generous portions of each ingredient, and made me happy I ordered the extra tortilla per taco. It's like having a bonus today once you're finished with the original!First off.... The lingua.... Oh my lord! So I'm a widow, a very young widow. There's certain things you miss as a widow. The cure... Eating a lingua supreme taco with the salsas and a jalapeno. The flavor, texture, experience, of eating this particular taco was a delight for the senses. It sent a shiver of delight through me, eyes rolled back in my head, and I'm not responsible for the sound of approval that escaped my mouth. No one heard it though, as they were currently immersed in their own culinary delights. My mom is a huge fan of pintos and also of pork within her Mexican dishes. She was pleased by both and Said they were the best she's ever had. Both children finished their burritos, which is a feat as they're at a stage in development where everything is gross unless it comes from a box or a can, and creative culinary experiences go over their heads. The steak was tender and delicious, and had my kids hunting around through their fallen morsels that escaped the burritos for more.So tldr of this experience: lingua was incredible, will be ordering stupid amounts of this again. Pork, beans, and steak, all Delicious too. Salsas, rice, and other "others" complimented the meats beautifully. I will be coming back over and over.Thank you for being a home away from home!“
“Always relaxing & delicious. The food is so amazing here at Georges with flavor and artistic vibes. We always have excellent service with delicious food in an extremely relaxing atmosphere. Thank you Devon for an awesome dinner service. We will see you soon.“
“We love coastal it's always a great time! So many beer selections and always have new ones coming out. The beer pretzel is da bomb so get it. Not the pretzel bites but the big one. Mac and cheese is delicious as well! So much for the kids to do and always have live music! Karyn is amazing (as always) and Gabriel was our server today and he did a great job! Great staff all around.“
“Amazing spot!! This coffee hut is truly a diamond in the rough here in Pensacola. On top of amazing staff/owners who remember you and care about each customer who comes through to the many amazing drink options this place has quickly become a favorite! They also have a TON of sugar free options which is SO hard to find here! Visit this gem today you won’t regret it!!!“
“High quality kratom & kava on the ready. But more important than the products are the people who work and hangout there. Owners Alex & Keri are extremely hospitable and down-to-earth people. I've had great conversations with them and the patrons. They host an Open Mic Nite the last Friday of every month. People play instruments, read poetry, and enjoy each other's company. Come check it out!!!“
“This place is nestled right in the neighborhood and is so much fun - small space inside but the friendliness of staff and ample outdoor seating (with fire pits) make for the BEST time! Food trucks around & tons of craft beer selections - great, great time had.“
“I’ve lived in Pensacola for almost 4 years now and finally visited Grover’s for the first time. I’m from upstate NY (Buffalo area) where we have soft serve ice cream, the best Buffalo sauces/wing sauces, a bunch of crispy wing family owned restaurants for good prices. Well, Grovers is now our FAVORITE. Not many places that offer soft serve ice cream around here, so go try it! Plus they have so many flavors to add to your vanilla cone. Their fries are perfectly crispy… and their buffalo sauce, well, amazinggg. They definitely know what Buffalo sauce is instead of giving you a side of red-hot like most places I’ve seen here. Will be coming back way more often! The staff is so sweet, the atmosphere is welcoming, causal and comfortable. 100/10.“
“Delicious!!! Great smash burgers!!! I had the Jack burger with pepper jack cheese and jalapeños, hubby had Swiss burger with mushrooms and of course we added bacon to our burgers for an extra fee. We then shared an order of fries and added the truffle and parm cheese topping for an extra fee, totally worth it!!!This was an expensive lunch but mostly because of the add ons. No regrets!!! Fresh and delicious! We were on our way to the beach and with fast food prices as they are, we looked for a local food truck to try. Highly recommended, I don’t think you’ll have any regrets either!!! Unless you’re vegetarian then it’s highly unlikely you’re even reading this!“
“Really enjoyed my brief stop into this place. A very cool set-up, even though it's a bit of a haul from town. Their grounds are well kept and they have a neat indoor/outdoor area. We sampled five beers and four of them were very good. I'd definitely recommend this place to folks.“
“My family and I always visit here on spring break, and we always have a great time! Despite having such a large group, we are always taken care of and our food is out quickly. We went this week and Sharon did an amazing job at getting what we needed and checking on us. The food is excellent here as well! Perfect beach dinner“
“This is a wonderful little local bookshop and cafe. My wife loved everything about it from the cute book themed gifts to the book selection and recommendations from employees. We parked in the garage just south of the shop. If you park there go into the bookshop and give them your license plate number so you can park for free.“
“Stopped in today for the Seafood Philly and they were awesome. Very fresh, perfect bread, and plenty of food all the way around. Also tried the conch fritters, which were loaded with conch and cooked perfectly. If you drive down the beach you will pay more for half the quality. Folks that run it are friendly and answer any question with a smile. You can't beat the location sitting outside in a casual spot just relaxing. A new favorite.“
“Looks like a shack but awesome bbq. The meat is smoked with sauce on the side. Their house sauce has a little kick. Burnt ends are the star but all is so very good. It is seasonal so might be gone soon but the pumpkin cream pie was amazing.“
“After moving from San Diego, I’ve been having a difficult time finding good vegan food. I’m so glad my friend recommended this place. The food was incredible. My girlfriends had the knuckle sandwich, muffuletta, and I got the lions mane. I think they lasted 15 seconds on the table. 10/10“
“Stopped in for a beer while downtown. The beertender was very nice and informative. The beer itself was very good. This is a great spot for a beer downtown. They also have a good amount of takeaway beer so we definitely left with a few other options to try! Definitely would like to stop here again.“
“Went for a Friday night dinner. The night was perfect for the outside seating. There were a few tables under an overhang and some protection from outside, but quite literally a few. Great for large and small groups with kids or dogs. There was a food truck there with gyros (not sure if the food truck switches on the week) There is a robust beer and a small selection of wine at the main bar. Was pretty quick turn around for our food and appetizer selections. We will be returning another day as long as the weather stays nice!!“

“A great place to get an interesting, delicious meal. They always have good vegan options for those who are so inclined. The vegan charcuterie blew my mind; asked the waitress several times if she didn’t get me the standard one by mistake.“
“Wow. What the old food truck lacks in looks it MORE than makes up for in taste. This is like the food truck version of a hole in the wall. Amazing flavor at a reasonable price, served by friendly people, what more could you want? Second best Gyro I have ever had in my life and get the fresh hand cut fries with feta and Tzatziki sauce added!“
“When you have a server like Pete working, you know the good and service will be outstanding. All protein is locally sourced, and all salsas/sauces that accompany some dishes are only made when the order is placed. I'm definitely looking forward to visiting again.“
“We've been coming to the Gulf Shores/Pensacola are for 30+years. Tonight was our first visit to the Oar House. Wow!! Everything from drinks to appetizers, meals and desserts was scrumptious! Our waiter (sorry, I can't remember his name) was knowledgeable and very attentive. We will definitely be back!!“
“This place is a hidden gem! The beer is nothing less than spectacular! I especially dig the Possum Kingdom IPA. The staff are legendary! Special shout out to Patrick the bartender that served us with his rapier wit and classic style! Run... don't walk to this taproom! And while you're there, say hi to Patrick! Tell him Katy sent you!“
“Food was superb, service was on point! Would recommend 5.0 stars for sure! Portion sizes were huge, fresh cut (HOT) fries seasoned just right. The only suggestion I would have for the burgers is fresh ground beef/sirloin mix rather than the frozen patty. Pattie’s were very big and tasty but fresh on the beef would have made it amazing! The wife had the blackened fish po-boy and again the portion was huge! Great taste, seasoned well and again the fries were fabulous. She can’t wait to taste the grouper po-boy and we both look forward to breakfast that looks totally amazing. One of the few places left where you get what you pay for and it exceeds your expectations. Asia was our host in the truck and she really took care of us! Great first experience, we will definitely be back. Wish you guys were open later as well!!“
“Great place to enjoy amazing food, small plates, sharing food and regular menu. Jessica served us, she was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and clearly loves her job. We had the charcuterie board and fish dip, both were delicious, happy hour is 3pm to 6pm on certain wines aswell!!“
“We are here from Charleston, South Carolina, visiting family for the week. They brought us here for dinner last night, and it was amazing. Staff was very friendly. Food came out fast, hot and delicious. Definitely want to go back before we leave.“
“I've been here twice now-- got a steak and cheese Philly the first time, which I practically inhaled. This time I did the chicken with sauteed veggies. The only reason I'm not eating so fast this time is because it is hotttt (temp) and I actually wanna taste it this go around ? Google maps says this isn't a busy time (5:30pm) but they've had a line moving and the phone ringing the whole time I've been here. They seem to be good at managing the pressure, remaining calm and efficient even when it's busy and that to me says a lot about a place. All of the customers seem happy and patient, which I think also says a lot about what they have going on. The food is good, the staff is friendly, and I've only heard good things about Philly's around town so definitely give them a try!“
“The owner is such a beautiful lady and funny! Treated us like royalty. We ordered, and it was delivered to us at the outside table with umbrella. Had the patty melt and it was the most amazing hamburger I’d ever eaten in my entire life. Not a joke!“
“I’m in a public “Pickle Addicts, not so anonymous group” on social media. I’ve been on the hunt for a good pickle pizza since discovering they exist Lol I’m a major foodie. This place was recommended by locals. The food was great! Only had 1 issue while we were there & they corrected it immediately, no hesitation. That’s a business that cares about their customers. I shared a picture of the pizza in the group today, so they’ll probably get an uptick in Scott Street orders Lol Thanks for the great service & food. We look fwd to ordering again.“
“My family was in town for my mother's celebration of life and we all met at Lucy's . What a perfect place to visit with family, and enjoy quality food with excellent service. Thank you for making our time together incredibly special.“
“The coffee was amazing, it is served warm enough to be enjoyable while cold enough to not burn your tongue. I drank the latte and it was extremely balanced. Additionally, the atmosphere is super relaxing, my friend and I were seating there for over an hour and time just flew by us. I would recommend coffee lovers to stop over. Can also be a cute place for a relaxed date.“
“i'm new to Pensacola from Austin Texas. I think I know a little something about tacos. These are by far the best tacos in Pensacola. Delicious homemade tortillas and chotizo. this food is made with love and care by people who love food. excellent service five stars...Get over there quick!“
