“I have to agree with all the other reviews - this is the absolute best ice cream you will find anywhere in the area. My kids love Pelican Poo and my wife and I like to try something different every time we come (everything has been delicious but our favorites are the mint chocolate chip and the spiced chocolate). Highly encourage everyone to try this place, you won’t be disappointed!“
“I never write reviews but i loved this little shop so much i wanted to tell the world. I'm in town visiting, and a friend recommended this place to me. The building is so beautiful I didn't believe it was the right store. Went into the shop fell in love with the atmosphere. The young girl working behind the counter recommended pistachio and I was quick to judge negatively - only to be proven wrong! Highly recommend this for a date spot or little private hangout.“

“Very kind and helpful hostess, who went in the back to get the requested flavor that was not out in the case. Our 1st grand baby arrived Tuesday Morning and one of Mommy’s requests in the afternoon was Kilwins. So off Pops and Gramzee went to fulfill her wish, Mud” is our son and daughter in laws all time favorite ice cream. They used to go to the shop in Gainesville when they lived there, and we always make a visit to the shop in the Villages when they visit. Thanks Kilwins.“
“First time I went I was greeted by the owner, he was so nice and we chatted while he made me one of his churro shakes, I think it was very fairly priced. 30g of protein, YUMMY (hard to find imo because protein has such a strong taste to me), and a nice sized cup for $10. I will be going back to try more flavors :) Thanks!“

“Just recently tried this place, and I've already been here twice. My boyfriend loves Froyo, and I needed a non-dairy option, so this place is perfect for us. I get my acai bowl, and he gets his froyo. This place is my 1st time ever trying an acai bowl, and I am literally in love ?Everyone who works here is so friendly, making the place welcoming and inviting. They also keep the place so clean. I have watched the employees wipe down the machines several times while I'm there. This is our new dessert spot! We will be back again and again AAA+++Kid-friendliness: They always have coloring sheets for the kiddos that they hang on the wall.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of tables easily accessible for wheelchairs“

They were extremely friendly and patient as we looked over their selection of ice cream. “It was 9pm on a Tuesday summer night and we were looking for a place that served a good malt. None were to be found and then we remembered this amazing flavor of ice cream we had in Sandestin and sure enough, it was a Hershey flavor. The Brown Butter Bourbon .... omg, this stuff is so good. The place was still really busy but the line went fast and we ordered a quart to go.“
“This place is actually pretty good. I don't eat fast food much, but they're steak burgers, and thin, crispy fries are definitely better than others. I love fresh crispy fries, and Freddy's is always that. They also have a veggie burger, which is a plus for those who are vegan/vegetarian. We also want to point out that they had a drive thru employee who served us and he was amazing. We forgot his name but he seemed to have a lisp or had a stutter. Either way, he did great and he was very friendly. Wish we remembered his name but we were there a while ago, I just now remembered to do this review.“
“Here’s a great little place to get ice cream that out of the way. It’s another hidden gem of Pensacola. Friendly people serving up good stuff with great smiles, (and they have good selection of ice cream too that changes from week to week). Prices might be slightly high but they are an independent operator so it is to be expected. They do create milkshakes, and other creations if you ask, (but I’m sure they’re limitations, so don’t kill the messenger). I just know great stuff when I find it and this is definitely one of them. I hope you love like I do.“
“This is some of the best ice cream in the Pensacola area folks! This is a must stop place every time I visit my parents. Their flavors are elite and the dipped waffle cones with sprinkles are a home run. When you put all of these together you get an unmatched ice cream experience. The staff is also extremely kind and measure the scoop size with their hearts. Midnight Caramel River should be a must for your next visit. Go already!“
“The first time I was there today. Due to medical issues, it’s hard for me to get out much. I enjoyed being able to meet and talk with so many very nice & friendly people. Someone even left their cellphone in the bathrooms nearby & someone else was able to catch up with the person. The menu of food looks very good, would like to try some of the other things some other times. I ordered a scoop of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream in a cup. It was very good & didn’t have to wait for long to get the food. I also have issues with severe allergies to so many things & even though this was outside, I didn’t notice anyone smoking around us. Thank you very much for creating a great place for people to enjoy coming too.“
“Would give this place ten stars if i could, seriously it's that good. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the frozen yogurt is incredible. The selection of toppings is seriously outstanding and I have never left this place feeling unsatisfied at all.“
