Ice Cream Shops near Pace

“I really want to say what a wonderful job Holly (I think that was her name) done today at store 4804 US 90 Pace, FL.
She was very nice and friendly despite the face that she was left working in the store for 2 hours by herself with no help! She was still working hard getting the customers from inside the store and drive thru, she done an amazing job! I waited on the manager to come to work so that I could tell him what an amazing job she had done and how proud I was seeing her working in that type of situation. He was friendly at first but then he was trying to be cocky towards me as I was telling him about my experience today at his store. I believe she derives a rise and he needs an attitude adjustment! She knows what she is doing but as for him on the other hand he needs to come off his high horse and treat people better with respect. I’m praying for you Holly, even with all the stress and rude customers you done Phenomenal! ???“

“Stepdaughter and I stopped by here to get something to eat on the way home. They were fast, accurate, and very nice. The food was delicious, and I'd gladly eat here again. The only complaint I have is that their intercom in the drive thru is so quiet you can barely hear the employees. I brought this to their attention and they are aware so I guess it's more on management than the general employees.“

“Frozen Ropes has the BEST açaí in town! The flavor and texture is amazing and always made fresh to order. The Juice is also one of my favorites and it’s hard to choose a favorite flavor as they are all good. Always a great variety of frozen yogurt choices and super clean.“

“They were really nice but I’m disappointed by the fact if you order for pickup. They sold out the banana pudding I order. Doesn’t seem to matter if you order ahead of time. My order was placed at 3am. And they were sold out I guess that’s the down side of working night shift :(“

“Took the kids today for our 1st time. Middle of the day on a Sat and we were the only ones there,and we spent a good hour. no music playing just dead quiet until my kids jumped in the sprinkle pool. I think music playing would help, and a little friendlier staff. A woman came from a back room when we arrived and seem to rush us up to get back to what she was doing. I explained it was our 1st time and she disregarded it and didn't welcome us. as soon as my card to pay clear she disappeared again. My kids loved the ice cream and the photo booths/sprinkles. That part was fun! I highly suggest music for quiet times so the customers don't feel odd when the only people in there.. also a more welcoming staff.“

“That was a nice restaurant. On my son's birthday, my family and I went here. He had a chocolate-dipped cone with chocolate ice cream. He filled it with various toppings. We liked the service and the atmosphere. Fantastic place to eat treats.“

“We are fairly new to Milton. It was past 8.00pm on a Sunday night. Coming from Pensacola into Milton after realizing several places on our way close at 9.00pm. We just stopped at the almost empty Fire and Food right at the Milton exit. What a great decision! We had a great meal and service at an affordable price! We’ll definitely be back several times. ♥️“
