“I'm a bit biased since Captain Ds was my childhood Saturday meal. It's always good though. I miss the spicy fish but apparently it didn't do well. Country fish is great too though. Green beans have a 50% chance of being seasoned but I don't mind.“

The curly fries are still as crappy as they always have been but you get them anyway because they are always hot and fresh and the staff is always polite and will joke with you if you joke with them.“

“Food was quick and delicious but a little skimpy with the toppings, which I also think if you take off one topping you should get to add a different one at no charge, especially when it is a less expensive topping, They didn't add the extra chees, If they did there's no way it was worth the extra cost. The traditional wings were great the boneless ones are small like chicken nuggets but still delicious. The speed was definitely the best part. Gotta work on the toppings though, it's definitely an ongoing problem. Not the first time it's happened.“

“On February 18th I flew into Pensacola from Houston TX. My flight was the last flight out for the night and was delayed because of weather. We were an hour late getting into Pensacola. When I exited the plane my Texas DL fell out of my pocket, unknown to me until I was in the car exiting the airport. I came back and went up to security, but everything was closed. It was 11:30 there was no more flights and everyone was going home. There were some flight attendants leaving and they pointed me to the baggage area. Someone would be there. So I waited and then came a figure that resembled an angel. Micheal Bell for United airlines. The small things go along way, and if he is a representation of how Pensacola International airport treats their guests… job well done. 10/10 💙 thank you.“

These two where directly spoken too by this woman who is 100% out of line to the point where I stepped in and said something to her. She then tried to argue with me and left the store. Moments later she called the store and spoke so loudly and rudely I could hear her speaking while waiting for my food. I feel that this lady is going to twist this into somehow the employees where in the wrong when they stayed calm the entire time and I truly feel it needs to be acknowledged for this. I will be also calling in tomorrow to inform whoever of this experience. side note my food was fantastic! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK“

“I personally love Arby’s and the people here are usually very friendly. However I do think it’s a bit silly when I order 2 classic roast beef’s, 1 cheese roast beef, and two orders of mozzarella sticks, and I somehow check my bag to see if 1 cheese roast beef, one order of mozzarella sticks, and a large fry. Little goofy and slightly concerned for the eye sight of the workers if that happens, but at least they were friendly and fixed my order no problem when I came back around.
