“Food was quick and delicious but a little skimpy with the toppings, which I also think if you take off one topping you should get to add a different one at no charge, especially when it is a less expensive topping, They didn't add the extra chees, If they did there's no way it was worth the extra cost. The traditional wings were great the boneless ones are small like chicken nuggets but still delicious. The speed was definitely the best part. Gotta work on the toppings though, it's definitely an ongoing problem. Not the first time it's happened.“

“I gave this place five stars overall because my husband loves this place however I feel that their menu is very limited in the fact that there's not a lot of really tasty items. Also almost every order has come back in one way or another wrong and we wouldn't know until we got home because we ordered in advance usually. For example the wrong items entirely, no add ones that were paid for, and fries that were obviously old and refried, so burnt that we couldn't chew them. Being a prior district manager of a restaurant with franchises in Orlando and being a chef at Disney I know that opening new franchises can take time before they get everything right every time.“

“The staff at this location tonight reacted perfectly to a different customer that went above and beyond to be Rude. These employees names are Danyele and Jonah. These two where directly spoken too by this woman who is 100% out of line to the point where I stepped in and said something to her. She then tried to argue with me and left the store. Moments later she called the store and spoke so loudly and rudely I could hear her speaking while waiting for my food. I feel that this lady is going to twist this into somehow the employees where in the wrong when they stayed calm the entire time and I truly feel it needs to be acknowledged for this. I will be also calling in tomorrow to inform whoever of this experience. side note my food was fantastic! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK“

“Had an issue with my burger tonight. The manager on shift James, fixed the problem immediately. He was very apologetic and rushed the fix. This restaurant has excellent customer service! That manager should get a raise. The food here is constantly very good. Thank you five guys, I will see ya again soon! A+“

“Haven’t been here for years due to visits of awful cold rubber food I couldn’t/wouldn’t eat, employees with no care, I really do not want to be here, you are a burden bad attitudes; nasty looking dining area as employees apparently weren’t required to clean it, totally shocked the place was still in existence, all ended it for me so I thought …. I decided to try them again 3 days ago and WOW what a HUGE difference! Food tastes fresh and delicious, down to the amazing bread stick, & back to the great tea, kind employees, bright clean atmosphere to where I’ve now visited 3 days in a row, two inside dining and one time drive-thru. So excited it’s back! Everything was perfect all three visits! If you haven’t been in a long time due to whatever was happening with this place, try it again as you’ll be happy you did and hopefully like me, become a fan again.“

“On February 18th I flew into Pensacola from Houston TX. My flight was the last flight out for the night and was delayed because of weather. We were an hour late getting into Pensacola. When I exited the plane my Texas DL fell out of my pocket, unknown to me until I was in the car exiting the airport. I came back and went up to security, but everything was closed. It was 11:30 there was no more flights and everyone was going home. There were some flight attendants leaving and they pointed me to the baggage area. Someone would be there. So I waited and then came a figure that resembled an angel. Micheal Bell for United airlines. The small things go along way, and if he is a representation of how Pensacola International airport treats their guests… job well done. 10/10 💙 thank you.“
