“Food was quick and delicious but a little skimpy with the toppings, which I also think if you take off one topping you should get to add a different one at no charge, especially when it is a less expensive topping, They didn't add the extra chees, If they did there's no way it was worth the extra cost. The traditional wings were great the boneless ones are small like chicken nuggets but still delicious. The speed was definitely the best part. Gotta work on the toppings though, it's definitely an ongoing problem. Not the first time it's happened.“

“A lot of people think that Whataburger is fast food it is actually fast casual because they have to make every order at the time of the order so if you come at 2 o’clock 3 o’clock 6 o’clock in the morning, there’s only three people working and all chicken orders have to be made to order Whataburger doesn’t stack up premade burgers. Every sandwich is made to order understanding fast food i.e. McDonald’s versus Whataburger fast casual. I’ll take Whataburger any day.“

“I gave this place five stars overall because my husband loves this place however I feel that their menu is very limited in the fact that there's not a lot of really tasty items. Also almost every order has come back in one way or another wrong and we wouldn't know until we got home because we ordered in advance usually. For example the wrong items entirely, no add ones that were paid for, and fries that were obviously old and refried, so burnt that we couldn't chew them. Being a prior district manager of a restaurant with franchises in Orlando and being a chef at Disney I know that opening new franchises can take time before they get everything right every time.“

“The staff at this location tonight reacted perfectly to a different customer that went above and beyond to be Rude. These employees names are Danyele and Jonah. These two where directly spoken too by this woman who is 100% out of line to the point where I stepped in and said something to her. She then tried to argue with me and left the store. Moments later she called the store and spoke so loudly and rudely I could hear her speaking while waiting for my food. I feel that this lady is going to twist this into somehow the employees where in the wrong when they stayed calm the entire time and I truly feel it needs to be acknowledged for this. I will be also calling in tomorrow to inform whoever of this experience. side note my food was fantastic! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK“

“I grew up eating at Captain D's and Arthur Treachers. Only one left so when I get the craving for that childhood meal that I was so fond of I head to Captain D's. Here in Pensacola we are surrounded by fantastic seafood restaurants but ever now and then I need my fix of that battered flaky white golden deep fried fish.“

“It’s interesting that this spot is tucked into one of the most uniquely “American” pockets of town—surrounded by a pawn shop, a used auto store, a burger truck and a gun range. Despite the setting, the food stands out for all the right reasons. Everything is made fresh to order, and you can really taste the difference. The menu feels authentic, with an emphasis on simple, quality ingredients that come through in every bite. We ordered two sets of three birria tacos, served on corn tortillas. They were rich, juicy, and packed with flavor. Next time, I’m definitely trying the pupusas. The food tasted amazing! The only complaint I could say which is out of the staff’s fault, is the men’s bathroom door was super hard to open and could use some repairs. “On February 18th I flew into Pensacola from Houston TX. My flight was the last flight out for the night and was delayed because of weather. We were an hour late getting into Pensacola. When I exited the plane my Texas DL fell out of my pocket, unknown to me until I was in the car exiting the airport. I came back and went up to security, but everything was closed. It was 11:30 there was no more flights and everyone was going home. There were some flight attendants leaving and they pointed me to the baggage area. Someone would be there. So I waited and then came a figure that resembled an angel. Micheal Bell for United airlines. The small things go along way, and if he is a representation of how Pensacola International airport treats their guests… job well done. 10/10 💙 thank you.“
