I absolutely love Raising Canes. It's better than any other chicken joint.
I’ve been to Raising Cane’s locations all across the US, and the quality of food at this one is on par with what I have experienced elsewhere. Their signature juicy chicken with savory sauce, and unmatched Texas toast always has me excited for my next visit. What stands out more than the food at this location, however, is the service. Timely, kind, and respectful are the words I would use to describe the staff there. One staff member in particular, Kia, made my most recent...read full review

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is a popular fast casual restaurant known for its all chicken finger menu. The food quality at this location is consistent with other Raising Cane's across the US, featuring tender, juicy chicken strips with a crispy outside and flavorful Texas toast. The signature Caine Sauce is available but some find it too salty and rely more on the natural flavor of the chicken. Meals include chicken tenders, fries, Texas toast, and coleslaw, though the menu is limited and prices are considered high by some, with a meal for two costing around $34.
Guests often praise the friendly and respectful staff, highlighting attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere. One staff member was specifically mentioned for making a recent visit very pleasant, and others appreciated the quick service, especially for catering orders. The restaurant’s interior decor, including mini statues of Blue Angels jets, adds a nice touch, enhancing the dining experience.
However, some reviews mention issues with food quality over time, such as chicken not being as crispy or portions seeming smaller. Delivery and takeout packaging could be improved to keep food crispy during transport, and fries are sometimes soggy due to insufficient salting and early removal from the grease. Despite these minor concerns, many customers consider Raising Cane’s their favorite fried chicken spot, often traveling extra miles just to enjoy their meals. Overall, the restaurant is appreciated for good food, friendly service, and a pleasant environment.
