I just went through drive through at the time of this review. With no one in the drive thru or in the restaurant they had me hold at the speaker. When they got to me I informed them I had a mobile order. When I pulled up to the window 2 girls were hiding on their phones presumably from the manager while I sat with my window open waiting to be acknowledged at their convenience. My kids had the food so I can't speak for the taste but the service wasn't an enjoyable experience. They seem to have attitudes and basically shoved my food at me when I reached out to get it. If you can't hear because of your job, don't take it out on me.

This is, by far, the best experience I have ever had at a Wendy’s. Every single staff member here was extremely friendly. The woman who was taking orders at the counters seemed to know the name of every single customer who came in behind me and was genuinely happy to see them. The food came out quick and my order was right, which it usually isn’t at other Wendy’s because I’m picky and modify my burgers a bit.
