This is, by far, the best experience I have ever had at a Wendy’s. Every single staff member here was extremely friendly. The woman who was taking orders at the counters seemed to know the name of every single customer who came in behind me and was genuinely happy to see them. The food came out quick and my order was right, which it usually isn’t at other Wendy’s because I’m picky and modify my burgers a bit. I would gladly drive an extra ten minutes from my house to come to this Wendy’s versus the one that is closer.

I just went through drive through at the time of this review. With no one in the drive thru or in the restaurant they had me hold at the speaker. When they got to me I informed them I had a mobile order. When I pulled up to the window 2 girls were hiding on their phones presumably from the manager while I sat with my window open waiting to be acknowledged at their convenience. Nice to feel the cold contrast with my car heater while I stare at two employees on their phone. When one caught me staring, she finally handed me my bottle of water. Within a minute they handed me my food. Her face said it all. She's not there to work, but to collect a paycheck and my disturbing her obviously completely annoyed her.The food was hot and tasty. Their spicy chicken sandwich is usually pretty good.

Why is the short female manager still working there. Her attitude is far past subpar. She uses the worst language. Throws things . Acts like she gets so angry because she has to work. Like why are you so angry with folks that are already dealing with enough. WENDYS YOU SHOULD DO BETTER AS A COMPANY. Chose this place a couple of times giving her the benefit of the doubt but needless to say everytime I visit there she's so ridiculous. Makes me sick to my stomach knowing we as guest with family that for some of us are dying and this is what we have to deal with. Heartbreaking really disrespectful no morals or values for others. No customer service .. just open the window hand you a bag and shut it type of mentality here. The food is wrong 85% of the time & it’s old. DO NOT ORDER NUGGETS I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER.
My kids had the food so I can't speak for the taste but the service wasn't an enjoyable experience. They seem to have attitudes and basically shoved my food at me when I reached out to get it. If you can't hear because of your job, don't take it out on me.

I don’t know what it is about this location. First time I ate here it was delicious but it is horrible every other time. Burgers are dry and nuggets are hard. It’s not the traditional Wendy’s that I enjoy. I haven’t been here in months so thought I would give it a shot but I was wrong to try. I can’t keep waisting money to still be hungry. I’ll stick with cafeteria food next time. I do have to say that the staff is always super nice and friendly and I do appreciate that.

The worst, tables were filthy, chili was like bean soup, burgers were cold and old. They should of put them in the chili.

Canceled my order after I paid for it, and when I came back up, the manager told the cashier to offer me a cookie or frosty, to which she said, "I will". She did not. Disappointing experience. Would recommend bringing in your own food before I tell anyone to eat here. Dishonest employees and long wait times. Semi-clean area.
