Disappointed, I was seriously craving a pretzel and when I got there they said they wouldn’t make it and insisted I buy the pretzel bites. Honestly it’s more calories and I just wanted a full pretzel not the bites. They refused to make it and there was no line or anyone waiting. I would’ve waited but was given no option except the bites :(Staff was slacking the ability to do their job and that was disappointing

I went to the mall today wanting to get a regular cinnamon pretzel. I asked the cashier how long it would take for them to make one since they didn’t have them ready she said 5-10 minutes I said okay I would love one please. She then informed one of the workers to make one and was advised no to sell me the bites. There was no line, there weren’t people waiting and yet she told her no they will not make it. Love the pretzels at the mall. Stop by to get one here and was told no pretzels are cooked and ready to sell. Ask if they were going to bake some more and told me they just got threw the rush. They were 2 people in line. This was at 3:47 Pm. I ask what time they closed, she replied 9:00 pm tonight. I asked what were they planning on selling till closing??I would give this a zero if I could. I left with no pretzel. Pretty crappie service.
