Normally I don’t leave reviews for quick-service/fast food restaurants, but the service at this Sarku Japan was memorable enough that I felt it deserved one.
The cashier was attentive and incredibly friendly, and the service was impressively quick. I even noticed that the chefs heard us placing our order and began preparing the food before we had finished paying, making sure everything was ready to go as quickly as possible.

The food is super delicious, very fresh, excellent service, I have ordered food there and I am not bored of having dinner every day, the food they prepare is very tasty, service, they deserve a 100 and more

Sarku Japan is a great place for dinner, with food that is always fresh, well prepared, accurate, and affordable. Many customers have been coming for about 5 years, and the quality has always been excellent. The food is phenomenal, with large quantities for the best prices, often enough for two meals. However, some orders have tasted like dish soap and burnt, possibly due to a new cook. The ladies behind the counter are described as the rudest people, though the food is great. It can be confusing to know when an order is ready since the food is put on the counter. One cook is very entertaining, while other employees don't interact as much. Overall, the food makes up for the issues, and customers stop here frequently.
