This was probably the worst experience I've ever had with food poisoning...ever. after I ate with my husband, I started feeling dizzy , my throat started coming up with saliva and thought something's not right...my husband started feeling dizzy and was sweating everywhere, next thing you know, we both were vomiting violently, my poor 15 month old son started throwing up cuz we had given him some pieces of the chicken teriyaki ...this was soo so terrible, dizziness, nauseousness, fever, chills and constant vomiting and diarrhea, this has been over 12 hrs ago, and we still can't stomache anything down without wanting to throw up...I'm very very disappointed. We literally have been "poisoned" I will gladly call the health department asap and report and inform them of this matter...

Don’t ever eat at this place!!! As I’m sitting here chewing my food wondering what’s did I just put in my mouth. I pull out a plastic glove that was fried with my food. I will never eat here ever again and I suggest no one else eat here EVER!!!

If they can't read the directions on a delivery order then then have no business allowing delivery orders. They need to stick with what they know and just cook fresh food to dine in customers in the mall. This is the 3rd time they have messed up and you can't get ahold of them so they can attempt to make

The best restaurant in the mall with the absolute worst customer service. The lady at the cash register, when I say that she acts like she hates her job, the customers, LIFE- it would be an UNDERSTATEMENT. I frequent that spot quite a lot and use their app, so I have credits saved up but a few days ago, they gave me a credit of $5 so I ordered my food online, like I always do and pick it up. I went inside and showed her my order number and AS USUAL the cashier had a nasty attitude and she also gave me the WRONG order. It was my daughter's order. She proceeded to tell me that they didn't have my order, when I ordered my food WAAAAY before my daughter ordered hers. They swore up and down that they didn't get my order but according to the online customer service rep and my debit card, they got my order. This isn't the first time that they have given my food to the wrong person. A while back, one of my daughters saw them give a guy HER food and he bought it back and they tried to give it to her, even though he didn't make it out the mall. The cook wanna sit there and call me a liar but what he didn't know, I was on the phone with customer service and they told me that they DID get my order because they acknowledged they did on their computer?. The fact that they tried to make me look like I was lying in front of all them people is WHY lm giving this review. It'll be awhile before I ever order from that location. I left because I didn't wanna end up on somebody's YouTube/Tic Tok being a damn Karen??‍♀️

No good deed Goes unpunished

Very rude customer service. I asked for extra sauce on my order which I never got and then she tried to charge me. Nor did I get extra chicken. Food is definitely not what it use to be. I won't be back. Definitely gone downhill Sarku Japan isn't worth it at all.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.what a joke.

This was my 2nd time visiting Sarku and my experiences so far have been overwhelmingly positive. They have selections that are unlike most other Asian restaurants, including the bento box, which includes sushi and dumplings. Everything tastes fantastic especially the chicken.
