“We had an outstanding experience at the Chick-fil-A in Pace late one evening. Arriving after the dining room had closed with a trailer in tow, navigating the drive-through was impossible. Eli went completely above and beyond to make sure our family got dinner. He stepped up, directed us to a safe place to park, and personally brought our food out to us. When the order took a little longer than normal, Eli was incredibly apologetic and insisted on giving us a complimentary dessert. Genuine interactions and dedicated employees like him are the exact reason why we continue to come back time and time again. Great job, Eli, and the entire Pace Chick-fil-A crew!“

“I went through the drive through at approximately 1215 AM. It was a taco bell. Lol. Their automated system told me that they were closed but the CSM inside interrupted it and answered quickly. We ordered our food. It came out pretty quickly, was correct. There's not much you can say about Taco Bell but the service was decent.“

“I normally don’t have a great experience when I eat fast food but that changed the other day when I came into your store for lunch. It was a busy afternoon drive thru was lined out to road, inside was no different. Anyway I was placing my order at the counter and this customer was alongside of me describing his issue with his order. Apparently it was the second time he had to come back and he was not happy. He began to verbally undress one of the crew members and had the poor kid very frazzled. Anyway at this time the line was getting backed up, drive thru came to a halt and a gentleman named Brandon stepped in defusing the situation taking care of the customers needs, also at the same time uplifting his subordinate and getting him refocused and cracking a joke to break the tension and in doing so got everything moving again like a finely tuned watch. You don’t normally see that kind of talent these days and it’s a breath of fresh air when I do! Great job Brandon, next time I’m back in town I’ll definitely be back to grab lunch!“

“Yesterday we had trouble with our order and not the greatest experience in the quality of service for multiple reasons. However, the leadership were quick to take ownership and were incredibly apologetic, offering a quick resolution. We all make mistakes, and it’s how we respond to those mistakes that is an expression of our character. I am thankful for the response, and will continue to eat at this great establishment!“

“Jimmy John's consistently makes a great sandwich. The prices have definitely gone up over the years, but honestly that's true almost everywhere these days, so it doesn't really set them apart.

One of the main reasons we keep coming back is that they're one of the few fast-food-style restaurants that offers a lettuce wrap alternative—and they do it right. The lettuce is always fresh, crisp, and holds together well, which isn't always the case at other places.

The staff is always friendly and works hard, but the location often appears to be understaffed. It's usually just a couple of employees trying to handle dine-in customers, drive-thru orders, and mobile orders all at the same time. That's a lot to manage, and they deserve credit for keeping things moving as well as they do.

Overall, the food is consistently good, the lettuce wraps are excellent, and the staff always gives their best effort. Definitely one of our regular stops.“

“It's a normal Subway... everything you'd expect.

Food is decent enough for a sandwich.
Service is what you'd expect with teenage employees.
Atmosphere, ehhh. I would suggest they clean a little better and work on the syrup to carbon ratio.

I wouldn't pick them over their competitors since they have raised their prices so drastically. When they were the obvious choice for fast and cheap, we ate there a lot. But the kids like them, and sometimes it's just what we do.
