Yesterday we had trouble with our order and not the greatest experience in the quality of service for multiple reasons. However, the leadership were quick to take ownership and were incredibly apologetic, offering a quick resolution. We all make mistakes, and it’s how we respond to those mistakes that is an expression of our character. I am thankful for the response, and will continue to eat at this great establishment!
