This is a much better than average kfc. They are normally fast and accurate with the orders. My only beef is that the fries are not always hot. If you like Kentucky fried chicken, it's great.
I really like the taste of the chicken. It’s always hot when I pick it up. The only thing I would comment on is the size of the chicken pieces are so much smaller than those of Popeyes. Just sayin….

I understand wait time because I'm in the retail customer service business, but I also identify the lack of trained employees and excellent customer service and I was disappointed at this location and a very busy location was having trouble and issues with taking care of pre-order customers and to go and pick up customers. I choose to get it to go.
