I placed an order using the app while in the parking lot about ten minutes after they opened up and went in to pick it up. Once I went in a let them know I ordered on the app and my name. They got to work on it right away (after giving me a cup for my kids meal). The food was done and ready within minutes, tasted perfect and was accurate. The employees were nice and the place looked clean, couldn't ask for anything more.

I am so mad that I go here to buy chicken TENDERS and I get the tiniest bite size pieces. This is not a chicken tender. I don’t even wanna go back here again. Not to mention I usually only come here for salad and sweet tea and their tea always tastes sour and bad. I am so disappointed. My Texas toast was burnt and I ask for zax sauce and I get ranch.

I had not the best experience today with Zaxby's take out in Pace, FL. I ordered my usual meal of Wings and Things with Nuclear sauce and a Dr.Pepper. Not only did I get no sauce at all on my five traditional wings, but I also got a coke. The soda itself is whatever because it’s just a drink but the issue is I don’t think a meal that is $14.97 after tax (as much as a meal at a dine-in restaurant) should have been this type of quality. Unfortunately, I have noticed over the last couple months at this location that the quality of service and food has kept going down.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Went there for lunch today and granted it’s fast food but Addison had absolutely zero personality and didn’t belong in customer service at all. On top of a rude staff member the chicken strips didn’t even taste like chicken. It’s like it was cooked in old oil. My family used to love Zaxbys but we definitely won’t be going back. The quality in food and staff has gone downhill.

Got my son a Zaxby’s snack meal and he spent the evening puking and on the toilet. Now it’s a day later and I am picking him up from school still sick. I used to like this restaurant but this isn’t the first time quality has gone to the wayside. I will not return or recommend anyone eating here.

I'm not sure what changes have gone on recently at this location but I used to eat here semi-regularly until I moved and I never had any issues with the quality of food. Today I was craving some of their delicious crinkle cut, seasoned fries so I drove a bit out of the way to grab some. After requesting a few orders of the fries (to share with the fam) I was asked to pull up to wait for my fries. Better believe I was getting hyped for some delicious, crisp, golden french fries. My mouth was all but watering.Ok, this is what I was given.I mean, I don't know how someone, in good conscious, could package up whatever this pile of mush is and give it to someone to eat. These are the most moist, floppy, disgusting fries I've ever eaten, by far. They're nearly dripping in putrid old oil. I reluctantly did have a bite of one to be certain I couldn't still salvage them and immediately wanted to gag at the overwhelming taste of oil. Genuinely, they were inedible.So just a word of warning, after looking back at all these other more recent reviews I really feel this wasn't just a one time thing/off day for someone which I do try to take into consideration. This location just isn't it and I hope the management sees this and makes some major changes.

We had an excellent first time experience dining in. The staff was very nice and the place was spotless! Madison has great customer service skills. She answered all of our questions with a smile.The food was fresh and delicious. Thank you for the wonderful service! We will definitely be back.

I keep hoping to get a meal where the fries and chicken is not COLD. Also, the boneless chicken was basically the bottom of the bag breaded chunks lightly sauced. There is no way the kitchen didn't know they were serving old food. With other food options available in the vicinity, they are going to get my business. Strike four over the last 6 months. Pensacola (9Mile Rd) will be my Zaxby's of choice going forward. It's my fault for not saying anything but I'm tired of the "I Apologize", and we will remake your food. This was on Sunday at 730p. Feedback sent via Zaxby's listens but I'm sure nothing is going to change as the previous 3 visits were the same.

I decided to get a chicken sandwhich plain. Just the chicken and the bread. The sandwhich i got was hard, had pickles on it and was nasty. Went back to get another one and asked to get it plain again and fresh. The lady working was rude and not nice and on top of that she repeated the order and they still messed it up. how hard is it to get a chicken plain right? never going back.

The chicken sandwich was horrible, but the chicken tenders were amazing, the fries have seasoning that reminds me of Larwryseason salt. They took me back to my childhood. The chicken tender sauce is yummy, kinda reminds me of Canes on the west coast.
