“I did an evaluation about a year ago (see below). Since then I have upped my visits to about once a week. I get great value for the money. The staff continues to make every meal a pleasant experience. Isabel and all the servers are exceptional.
This is only part of the story, Christopher (manager) deserves a Lion’s share of the credit. His ability to hire and direct quality personnel ensures your visit will be problem free.

I frequent this RT about twice a month. Their specials and promotions make having dinner out a no- brainer.
The wait staff are particularly attentive. Last night, Beth provided excellent repartee, incorporated with spectacular service. The joy of home, without the clean up.“

“I stopped by today to pick up my order, which I placed online. I went during lunchtime, so I had to wait a few minutes for my order to be completed. However, I didn't mind the wait, because I saw the whole crew working hard, and hustling to serve customers. Sophia, in particular, stood out to me because she was helping the front counter, drive-thru, and also training a new employee, all at the same time! It's nice to see people take pride in their work, and people Sophia sets a great example! Thanks, and keep up the great work 👍🏽“

“We eat at this Cava a couple times a week. For the majority of the time it's a decent experience and we keep returning if that tells you anything. My suggestions are to make sure you confirm that the rice and lentils are cooked appropriately because sometimes those ingredients are still uncooked/hard as rocks. Watch them add your toppings because they seem to want to rush you through that process and they tend to skip toppings that you request because they are in a hurry to keep things moving.“

“I've only been through the drive-thru. But they are very efficient and fast. Food always tastes great. I would suggest a milkshake. Super easy to order and they have your food out by the time you get around to the next window. The kids that take your order are usually super nice and friendly.“

“The hostess was not aware of who was waiting and skipped us to put our names down. She was no apologetic when I let her know we were not yet on the list. However, our server was phenomenal! Our food was good but not as amazing as our server. My son may disagree. It was his first time ordering off the adult menu anywhere and his first time at Olive Garden since he was really little. He said eating at Olive Garden was like having Thanksgiving! Haha! He would give all 5 stars. We were sat near the kitchen and there was a strong mildew scent. “On February 18th I flew into Pensacola from Houston TX. My flight was the last flight out for the night and was delayed because of weather. We were an hour late getting into Pensacola. When I exited the plane my Texas DL fell out of my pocket, unknown to me until I was in the car exiting the airport. I came back and went up to security, but everything was closed. It was 11:30 there was no more flights and everyone was going home. There were some flight attendants leaving and they pointed me to the baggage area. Someone would be there. So I waited and then came a figure that resembled an angel. Micheal Bell for United airlines. The small things go along way, and if he is a representation of how Pensacola International airport treats their guests… job well done. 10/10 💙 thank you.“
