“We had an outstanding experience at the Chick-fil-A in Pace late one evening. Arriving after the dining room had closed with a trailer in tow, navigating the drive-through was impossible. Eli went completely above and beyond to make sure our family got dinner. He stepped up, directed us to a safe place to park, and personally brought our food out to us. When the order took a little longer than normal, Eli was incredibly apologetic and insisted on giving us a complimentary dessert. Genuine interactions and dedicated employees like him are the exact reason why we continue to come back time and time again. Great job, Eli, and the entire Pace Chick-fil-A crew!“

“Was there for lunch today 7-30-26 was me and 3 other family members . Arrived at 12:20 pm they were not to busy . The food was delicious . Chris the manager was very friendly and I highly recommend this place . Will come back . Karly was our waitress. Super good service“

However, the leadership were quick to take ownership and were incredibly apologetic, offering a quick resolution. We all make mistakes, and it’s how we respond to those mistakes that is an expression of our character. I am thankful for the response, and will continue to eat at this great establishment!“

“We eat at this Cava a couple times a week. For the majority of the time it's a decent experience and we keep returning if that tells you anything. My suggestions are to make sure you confirm that the rice and lentils are cooked appropriately because sometimes those ingredients are still uncooked/hard as rocks. Watch them add your toppings because they seem to want to rush you through that process and they tend to skip toppings that you request because they are in a hurry to keep things moving.“

“I've only been through the drive-thru. But they are very efficient and fast. Food always tastes great. I would suggest a milkshake. Super easy to order and they have your food out by the time you get around to the next window. The kids that take your order are usually super nice and friendly.“

“We ordered a pizza and there was a topping that was too spicy and we thought it had olives on it. They immediately made us another pizza and it was delicious. Being the end of the day they they gave us a piece of cake they couldn’t have out in front. Always friendly and curtesy staff.“

“If you’re able to make the climb up death hill, the fruit is sweet at the top (parking be crazy, it’s literally a steep). Service was great, food is great, despite the slight pot smell from some of the patrons but that’s beyond their control. Will be returning.“

“This chic Fila is alot slower than the usual. Kinda rude when u start telling them your order and they interrupt by asking you for your name...then gotta repeat your order cause they were not even trying to hear your order before they get ur name.“

“Wow, where to begin. I work at Baptist, a stressful, medical environment. My only respite? The charming Panera bread location in the bear building. But even more delightful than the food and beverages are the workers. Always kind, always putting in the extra work to make my experience better. Always smiling. Abby and Julianna specifically have made a memorable impact on my time working in the hospital. Their cheery faces always greeting me and asking about my day. These girls are gems, Panera should hold on to them forever. Without them I would not even buy from Panera half as much, they are the selling point. I hope the best for these girls as they inevitably go into Panera management positions making 6 figures at their own locations in the next few years. “On February 18th I flew into Pensacola from Houston TX. My flight was the last flight out for the night and was delayed because of weather. We were an hour late getting into Pensacola. When I exited the plane my Texas DL fell out of my pocket, unknown to me until I was in the car exiting the airport. I came back and went up to security, but everything was closed. It was 11:30 there was no more flights and everyone was going home. There were some flight attendants leaving and they pointed me to the baggage area. Someone would be there. So I waited and then came a figure that resembled an angel. Micheal Bell for United airlines. The small things go along way, and if he is a representation of how Pensacola International airport treats their guests… job well done. 10/10 💙 thank you.“
