They run out of food when you arrive to pick up your order that you placed on their app and they don’t even issue refunds inside of their locations so you (the customer who didn’t get their food) now has to wait to get your money back! Don’t waste your time!
Went to the Nashville restaurant recently (next to Assembly Food Hall), stood at cash register for around 5 minutes but nobody served me so left. Restaurant was very quiet when I went in so zero reason not to have someone on the cash register or at least keeping an eye on it. Terrible service

CAVA is a restaurant that offers a healthy and delicious fast-casual dining experience. The staff is known for their exceptional customer service - they are patient, cheerful, and go above and beyond to ensure every customer feels comfortable and satisfied. Despite occasional hiccups, the staff does their best to make things right. Customers praise the food for its taste and quality, describing meals like the Harissa avocado bowl as delightful, with kale tasting good and vinaigrettes being creamy rather than oily. The steak+harissa is also appreciated. Customers note that the restaurant can get busy, and sometimes toppings are rushed or ingredients like rice and lentils may be undercooked, so it’s good to double-check. Overall, CAVA remains a great option for a quick and satisfying meal with friendly service, where the staff, including the chef, are professional and accommodating.
