I ordered a chicken tender meal today. The tenders were overcooked and dry, the fries were undercooked and soggy. While we were waiting for our food the staff messed up three orders and then messed up ours by giving us the wrong food. Would not recommend going here.
When you stand at the counter with 3 Zaxby's employees right in front of you & not one refused to acknowledge you for 2 or 3 minutes, you ask each other if you want to go eat somewhere else.Then one of the same employees set our food & never called our name.

Great experience, I came at the peak of lunch rush and was given prompt service!! The restaurant was very clean on the inside and I was able to receive my food very quickly. I order the big chicken plate and fried white cheddar bites. Everything was fresh and had great flavor. The coleslaw was perfect!! I’ll definitely be back!
